Ar brīvības atņemšanu notiesāto personu nodarbinātība

Abstract

Ar brīvības atņemšanu notiesātās personas tiek izolētas no sabiedrības, kā arī to tiesības tiek ierobežotas. Viena no soda mērķa komponentēm ir nodrošināt personas resocializāciju, lai nonākot atpakaļ brīvībā, notiesātā persona veiksmīgi iekļautos sabiedrībā un atkārtoti neizdarītu noziedzīgus nodarījumus. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir izpētīt ar brīvību atņemšanu notiesāto personu nodarbinātības nodrošināšanu un ar to saistītos jautājumus, konstatēt problēmjautājumus, kā arī analizēt un salīdzināt citu valstu regulējumu attiecībā uz notiesāto personu nodarbinātību. Lai sasniegtu mērķi, tika izvirzīti vairāki bakalaura daba uzdevumi, proti: analizēt tiesu praksi, juridisko literatūru, veikt nacionālo un starptautisko aktu izpēti saistībā ar notiesāto nodarbinātību, iepazīties ar pašreizējos situāciju, pētīt un salīdzināt valstu normatīvo regulējumu. Bakalaura darba izstrādes rezultātā autore sniedza priekšlikumus un ieteica grozījumus, lai nodrošinātu pēc iespējas pilnvērtīgāku un kvalitatīvāku notiesāto personu nodarbinātību.

Persons sentenced to imprisonment are isolated from society, and their rights are restricted. One of the components of the purpose of the punishment is to ensure the resocialization of the person, so that the convicted person successfully reintegrates into society and does not commit criminal offenses again. The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to study the provision of employment of convicted persons and related issues, to identify problematic issues, as well as to analyze and compare the regulations of other countries regarding the employment of convicted persons. To achieve the goal, several tasks were set: analyze court practice, legal literature, research national and international acts related to the employment of convicts, get familiar with the current situation, study and compare the regulatory framework of countries. Bakalaura darba izstrādes rezultātā autore sniedza priekšlikumus un ieteica grozījumus, lai nodrošinātu pēc iespējas pilnvērtīgāku un kvalitatīvāku notiesāto personu nodarbinātību. As a result of the development of the bachelor's work, the author made proposals and recommended amendments to ensure the fullest possible and high-quality employment of convicted persons.
