Abstract

Bakalaura darba temats ir “Kredītu veidi un to attīstība Latvijā”. Mūsdienās ir daudz un dažādas iespējas cilvēkiem aizņemties nepieciešamos finanšu līdzekļus. Pēdējos gados piedāvāto kredītu veidi ir ievērojami attīstījušies. Ir parādījušies jauni kreditēšanas instrumenti, un to izmantošanas iespējas ir ievērojami attīstījušās. Plašajā piedāvājumu klāstā ir viegli apjukt, tādēļ autors ir izvirzījis šādu darba mērķi – izpētīt pieejamos kredītu un aizdevumu veidus Latvijā. Darbā autors aplūko kredītu būtību, kredītu vēsturi un to teoriju attīstību. Analizē kredītu veidus, īpašu uzmanību vēršot aizdevuma līguma nošķiršanai no kredītlīguma. Tāpat darbā tiek aprakstīta kredītu attīstība pasaulē un Latvijā. Darba rezultātā apskatīti kredītu tiesiskie regulējumi, salīdzināti dažādi kredītu veidi un kredītu attīstība laika gaitā. The subject of the bachelor thesis is "Types of loans and their development in Latvia". Nowadays, there are many different ways for people to borrow necessary financial resources. In recent years, the types of loans offered have developed significantly. New lending instruments have appeared and the possibilities of their use have developed significantly. It is easy to get confused in the wide range of offers, therefore the author has set the following purpose of this work - to study the available types of credit and loans in Latvia. In the work, the author examines the nature of loans, the history of loans and the development of their theories. Analyzes the types of loans, paying special attention to distinguishing the loan agreement from the credit agreement. The work also describes the development of loans in the world and in Latvia. In the result of the research, the legal regulations of loans were examined, different types of loans and the development of loans over time were compared.
