Abstract

Bakalaura darba “Būvatļaujas atcelšanas tiesiskās sekas” mērķis ir noteikt, kādas ir iespējamās būvatļaujas atcelšanas tiesiskās sekas, to veidus un samērīgumu attiecībā uz būvatļaujas adresāta, trešo personu un sabiedrības interesēm, kā arī iestādes atbildību attiecībā uz kļūdām, kas pieļautas būvniecības procesā. Darba ietvaros autors secina, kādi ir būvatļaujas atcelšanas gadījumi un to samērīgums tiesiskās paļāvības kontekstā, kādas ir patvaļīgas būvniecības seku novēršanas procesā pieņemto lēmumu radītās sekas un, kā īstenojas būvniecības procesā iesaistīto personu tiesības uz atbilstīgu atlīdzinājumu

The aim of the bachelor thesis “The legal consequences of revoking a construction permit” is to determine the possible legal consequences of the revocation of a construction permit, their proportionality in relation to the interests of the addressee, third parties and the public and the liability of the relevant authority related to errors committed during the construction process. The author concludes what are the cases of revocation of a construction permit and their proportionality in the context of legitimate expectations, what are the consequences of decisions made in the process of eliminating the consequences of unauthorized construction, and the rights of the persons involved in the construction process to adequate compensation.
