Nevainīguma prezumpcijas principa ievērošanas aktualitātes Latvijā

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir “Nevainīguma prezumpcijas principa ievērošanas aktualitātes Latvijā”. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir noskaidrot, vai nevainīguma prezumpcija nodrošina privāto tiesību juridiskām personām un fiziskajām personām no nevainīguma prezumpcijas izrietošās tiesības. Bakalaura darba uzdevumi ir izpētīt nevainīguma prezumpcijas principa jēdzienu un principa vēsturisko attīstību gan starptautiskajā tiesību sistēmā, gan arī Latvijā. Uzdevumos ietilpst analizēt no nevainīguma prezumpcijas principa izrietošās tiesības, kas piemīt tieši juridiskajām personām, analizēt, mediju ietekmi uz personas nevainīguma prezumpciju un kādas no nevainīguma prezumpcijas izrietošās tiesības piemīt personām, pret kurām uzsākts kriminālprocess par noziedzīgi iegūtu mantu.

The topic of the bachelor's thesis is "Observance of the presumption of innocence principle in Latvia". The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to determine whether the principle of the presumption of innocence ensures the rights derived from the presumption of innocence for both legal entities and natural persons. The tasks of the bachelor's thesis include studying the concept of the presumption of innocence principle and its historical development both in the international law system and in Latvia. The tasks also include analyzing the rights derived from the presumption of innocence principle that are inherent to legal entities, analyzing the impact of media on a person's presumption of innocence, and examining the rights derived from the presumption of innocence that belong to persons against whom criminal proceedings have been initiated for illegally obtained property.
