Datortomogrāfijas attēlu kvalitātes kritēriju izvērtējums apakšstilba lūzuma gadījumos

Abstract

Viena no informatīvākajām diagnostikas metodēm, kur audu slāņu skenēšanai izmanto rentgena staru, ir datortomogrāfija. Diplomdarba darba mērķis ir izvērtēt apakšstilba lūzuma datortomogrāfijas izmeklējuma attēla kvalitātes kritērijus. Bakalaura darbs: “Datortomogrāfijas attēlu kvalitātes kritēriju izvērtējums apakšstilba lūzuma gadījumos ”, Latvijas Universitāte, Rīga 2023. g. –63 lpp. Bakalaura darbs sastāv no ievada, teorētiskās un praktiskās daļas, secinājumiem un rekomendācijām. Bakalaura darba teorētiskajā daļā apskatīts teorētiskais pamatojums, apkopota un analizēta literatūra par apakšstilba lūzumu gadījumiem, datortomogrāfijas anatomiju, datortomogrāfijas izmeklējumu protokoliem, kā arī kvalitatīviem datortomogrāfijas izmeklējumu iegūšanas nosacījumiem. Bakalaura darba pētnieciskajā daļā veikts pētījums un apkopota informācija par apakšstilba izmeklējuma datortomogrāfijas attēlu kvalitātes izvērtēšanu.

One of the most informative diagnostic methods where an X-ray beam is used to scan tissue layers, is computed tomography. The aim of the thesis work is to evaluate the image quality criteria of computed tomography examination of lower leg fracture. Bachelor's thesis: "Evaluation of quality criteria of computed tomography images in cases of lower leg fracture", University of Latvia, Riga 2023. – 63 p. The bachelor's thesis consists of an introduction, theoretical and practical parts, conclusions and recommendations. The theoretical part of the bachelor's thesis examines the theoretical basis, collects and analyzes the literature on lower leg fracture cases, computed tomography anatomy, computed tomography examination protocols, as well as quality conditions for obtaining computed tomography examinations. In the research part of the bachelor's thesis a study was conducted and information was gathered on the evaluation of the quality of computed tomography images of the lower leg examination.
