Bērnu ar 1. tipa cukura diabētu aprūpe ambulatorajā praksē

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir “Bērnu ar 1.tipa cukura diabētu aprūpe ambulatorajā praksē.” Tēmas aktualitāte tiek pamatota balstoties uz to, ka balstoties uz BKUS apkopotajiem datiem, ka ik gadu Latvijā šo slimību diagnosticē apmēram 75-80 bērniem un neskatoties uz to, ka slimības simptomi ir skaidri, diemžēl liela daļa vecāku novēloti pamana pazīmes un novēloti griežas pie ambulatorās aprūpes speciālistiem, kas palielina to bērnu skaitu, kuri slimnīcā nonāk novēloti un smagā stāvoklī. Pēc darba autores domām regulāru profilaktisko apskašu veikšana ambulatorā kārtā, palīdzētu laikus diagnosticēt saslimšanu un samazinātu komplikāciju radītās sekas. Darba mērķis ir noskaidrot kāda ir bērnu ar 1. tipa cukura diabētu aprūpe ambulatorajā praksē. Pētniecības uzdevumi: 1.veikt literatūras analīzi par izvēlēto tēmu; 2. analizēt V. Hendersones māszinību teoriju; 3. izstrādāt kvalitatīvā pētījuma instrumentu – strukturētu interviju; 4. Veikt intervijas ambulatorās aprūpes māsām; 5. Apkopot pētījumā iegūtos datus; 6. Izdarīt secinājumus, izstrādāt priekšlikumus. Pētījuma jautājums – Kāda ir bērnu ar 1.tipa cukura diabētu aprūpe ambulatorajā praksē? Pētījuma rezultāti – tika intervēti 15 respondenti, kuri strādā ambulatorās aprūpes jomā. Tika saņemtas atbildes uz intervijas jautājumiem, tika izdarīti secinājumi un izveidoti priekšlikumi. Bachelor’s Thesis ’’Outpatient care of children with type 1 diabetes.’’ The topicality of the topic is based on the fact that, based on the data collected by BKUS, about 75-80 children are diagnosed with this disease in Latvia every year, and despite the fact that the symptoms of the disease are clear, unfortunately, a large number of parents notice the signs late and turn to outpatient clinics late care professionals, which increases the number of children who come to the hospital late and in a serious condition. According to the author of the work, conducting regular preventive examinations on an outpatient basis would help to diagnose the disease in time and reduce the consequences of complications. The aim of the work is to find out what is the care of children with type 1 diabetes in outpatient practice. Research tasks: 1. perform a literature analysis on the chosen topic; 2. analyze V. Henderson's nursing theory; 3. develop a qualitative research tool - a structured interview; 4. Conduct interviews with outpatient care nurses; 5. Summarize the data obtained in the study; 6. Draw conclusions, develop proposals. Research question - What is the care of children with type 1 diabetes in outpatient practice? Research results – 15 respondents who work in the field of ambulatory care were interviewed. Answers to interview questions were received, conclusions were drawn and proposals were made. During the work, the research question was answered. Key words – type 1 diabetes, children, care.
