Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma – Māsu pieredze šizofrēnijas pacientu aprūpē. Tēmas aktualitāte - Šizofrēnija skar aptuveni 24 miljonus cilvēku jeb 1 no 300 cilvēkiem (0,32%) visā pasaulē. Darba mērķis - izpētīt māsu pieredzi šizofrēnijas pacientu aprūpē. Pētniecības uzdevumi - apkopot un analizēt zinātnisko literatūru par šizofrēniju, darba pieredzes definējumu un darba pieredzes veidošanās principiem, analizēt Džīnas Vatsones aprūpes teoriju, izstrādāt anketu ar jautājumiem, veikt māsu, kuras strādā psihiatrijā aptauju un iegūto rezultātu apkopošanu un analīzi. Izdarīt secinājumus un izstrādāt priekšlikumus. Izvirzītā hipotēze - šizofrēnijas pacientu aprūpe bez praktiskās māsu pieredzes ir mazproduktīva Pētniecības metode - nevarbūtīgā ērtuma metode. Vairāk, kā pusei respondentu (53%) laiks, lai justos drošs šizofrēnijas pacientu aprūpē, lai gūtu praktisko pieredzi, bija nepieciešams vairāk par 7 mēnešiem. Autore secina, ka lielākajai daļai respondentu, uzsākot darbu nodaļā, tika piesaistīta māsa ar pieredzi (44%) vai dežūrmāsa (32%), 42% respondentu ar māsu/mentoru, kura nodeva savu pieredzi, veidoja atgriezenisko saiti, un tikās.
