Magnētiskās rezonanses izmeklējuma taktika un pacienta aprūpe multiplās sklerozes diagnostikā

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir “Magnētiskās rezonanses izmeklējuma taktika un pacienta aprūpe multiplās sklerozes diagnostikā”. Tika izvirzīts darba mērķis – noskaidrot magnētiskās rezonanses izmeklējuma ietekmējošos faktorus un radiogrāfera darba taktiku, veicot izmeklējumu multiplās sklerozes pacientiem. Darba ietvaros tika aplūkoti dažādi informatīvie materiāli par multiplo sklerozi, tās epidemioloģiju, klīniskajiem simptomiem un slimības formām. Tā kā magnētiskās rezonanses metode ir vienīgā radioloģijas metode, kas sniedz vizuālu informāciju par slimības norisi, tad kvalitatīva izmeklējuma izpilde ir īpaši svarīga. Veicot pētījumu, tika izmantota kvantitatīvā pētniecības metode – anonīma anketēšana ar kuras palīdzību tika iegūta informācija par izmeklējuma veikšanu ietekmējošiem faktoriem un radiogrāfera darba taktiku. Iegūtie dati tika apkopoti un atspoguļoti diagrammās. Bakalaura darbs “Magnētiskās rezonanses izmeklējuma taktika un pacienta aprūpe multiplās sklerozes diagnostikā” sastāv no 38 lapaspusēm, ko veido 5 nodaļas un 8 apakšnodaļas.

The theme of bachelor’s work is “Magnetic resonance imaging tactics and patient care in Multiple Sclerosis diagnostics”. The main goal of the work was to clarify the factors which are affecting the magnetic resonance exam and the radiograph work tactics by conducting an exam in multiple sclerosis patients. The work included a variety of information materials on multiple sclerosis, it’s epidemiology, clinical symptoms and disease forms. Because the magnetic resonance imaging method is the only radiological method that provides visual information about how the disease is going, quality study execution is particulary important. The study used a quantitative method of research – an anonymous anketting that provided information on factors that influence the performance of the study and the radiographic working tactics. The resulting data was collected and reflected in the charts. The bachelor’s “Magnetic resonance imaging tactics and patient care in Multiple Sclerosis diagnostics” consists of 38 pages, composed of 5 chapters and 8 subdivisions.
