Ne-Hodžkina limfomas izpausme mutes dobumā: klīniskais gadījums un literatūras apskats

Abstract

Limfoma ir audzējs, kas rodas limfoīdos audos un izplatās uz attāliem limfoīdiem dziedzeriem un orgāniem. Ir divi galvenie limfomas veidi: Hodžkina limfoma (HL) un ne- Hodžkina limfoma (NHL). Difūzā lielo B šūnu limfoma (DLBCL) ir izplatīts NHL apakštips. Mutes dobums ir reta NHL lokalizācija ar sastopamību no 0,1 līdz 5%. Jebkura vēža ārstēšanas iespējas un prognoze ir tieši atkarīgas no savlaicīgas diagnozes. Darba mērķis ir apkopot informāciju par NHL mutes dobuma reģionā, gūt ieskatu zobārstu vispārējās zināšanās par mutes dobuma vēža skrīningu un prezentēt retu DLBCL klīnisko gadījumu ar netipisku sākotnējo izpausmi limfomai imitētojot odontogēnu sāpju klīnisko ainu. A lymphoma is a solid neoplasm that arises in lymphoid tissues and spreads to distant lymphoid glands and organs. There are two main types of lymphoma: Hodgkin’s lymphoma (HL) and non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma (NHL). Diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) is a prevalent subtype of NHL. Oral cavity is an uncommon site for NHL with the incidence rate of 0.1 to 5%. Treatment options and prognosis for any cancer directly depend on the timely diagnosis. The aim of the thesis is to gather information about the NHL in the oral region, to determine the knowledge and practices of general dentists to oral cancer screening, and to present a rare clinical case of DLBCL with an atypical initial manifestation as the clinical picture of lymphoma imitated odontogenic pain.
