Māszinības programmas 4. kursa studējošo studentu motivācija darba izvēlē

Abstract

Visā pasaulē aktuāls ir jautājums par māsu trūkumu veselības aprūpes sistēmā. Nepietiekamais māsu skaits var būtiski ietekmēt veselības aprūpes kvalitāti. Bakalaura darba tēma ir Māszinības programmas 4. kursa studējošo studentu motivācija darba izvēlē. Tēmas aktualitāti nosaka māsu trūkums veselības aprūpes sistēmā un zemais māszinību programmas absolventu skaits, kas, pēc studiju beigšanas, izvēlas strādāt valsts un pašvaldības medicīnas iestādēs. Darba mērķis ir noskaidrot māszinības programmas 4. kursa studējošo studentu motivāciju darba izvēlē. Darba mērķu sasniegšanai tika analizēti 40 literatūras avoti. Pētījuma tika izmantota kvantitatīva pētniecības metode, kā instrumentu izmantojot strukturētu anketu ar 19 slēgta tipa jautājumiem. Pētījuma daļā tika veikta māszinību programmas 4. kursā studējošo studentu anketēšana. Pētījumā piedalījās 103 māszinību programmas 4.kursa studējošie studenti. Pētījuma hipotēze: māszinību programmas 4. kursa studējošo studentu galvenā motivācija darba izvēlē ir finansiālais atalgojums. Balstoties uz pētījuma rezultātiem, varam secināt, ka māszinību 4. kursa studējošo studentu galvenā motivācija darba izvēlē saistīta ar darba atalgojumu un profesionālo iemaņu uzlabošana un pieredzes gūšana māsas profesijā.

The problem of the shortage of nurses in the health care system is worldwide. An insufficient number of nurses can affect the quality of health care. Bachelor thesis topic is the motivation of 4th year students of the Nursing program in choosing a job. The relevance of the topic is determined by the lack of nurses in the health care system and the low number of nursing graduates who, after completing their studies, choose to work in state and municipal medical institutions. The aim of the bachelor’s thesis is to find out the motivation of 4th year students of the nursing program in choosing a job. 40 literature sources were analyzed for the purposes of the research. A quantitative research method was used in conducting the research, using a structured questionnaire with 19 closed-ended questions as a tool. In the part of the research, a survey of students studying in the 4th year of the nursing program was carried out. 103 students of the 4th year of the nursing program participated in the study. Research hypothesis: financial reward is the main motivation of 4th year nursing students in choosing a job. Based on the results of the research, we can conclude that the main motivation of 4th-year nursing students in choosing a job is related to the salary and the improvement of professional skills and gaining experience in the nursing profession.
