Abstract

Tēmas aktualitāte: Darba autorei ir jāpievērš uzmanība tam, ka neskatoties, ka māsu ētikas kodekss pastāv jau samērā ilgi, mūsdienu māsu praksē vēl joprojām var novērot sarežģītas un daudzpusīgas ētiska rakstura situācijas vai pilnīgu ētikas neievērošanu, kā arī ne vienmēr medicīnas personāls ir pietiekami sagatavots, kompetents un izglītots, lai situāciju atrisinātu saskaņā ar ētikas kodeksa prasībām. Darba aktualitāte ir saistīta ar nepieciešamību izpētīt medicīnas ētikas nozīmi māsu darbā un ierosināt rekomendācijas situācijas uzlabošanai. Pašlaik ir ļoti maz pētījumu par to, kādā veidā var paaugstināt ētikas lomu māsu ikdienas darbā. Darba autore plāno izmantot pētījumā iegūtos rezultātus ar mērķi uzlabot māsu ētikas principu izmantošanu daudzprofilu reģionālajā slimnīcā. Darba mērķis: noskaidrot medicīnas ētikas pamatprincipus vispārējās aprūpes māsu praksē reģionālajā daudzprofilu slimnīcā. Izvirzītā hipotēze: Vispārējās aprūpes māsas daudzprofilu reģionālajā slimnīcā vairāk ievēro personības autonomijas un nekaitēšanas principus, mazāk konfidencialitātes un privātuma, kā arī taisnīguma principus. The relevance of the work is related to the need to study the importance of medical ethics in the work of nurses and propose recommendations for improving the situation. Currently, there is very little research on how to enhance the role of ethics in the daily work of nurses. The author of the paper plans to use the results obtained in the study with the aim of improving the use of nursing ethical principles in a multi-profile regional hospital. The purpose of the work: to find out the basic principles of medical ethics in general care nursing practice in a regional multi-profile hospital. Proposed hypothesis: General care nurses in a multi-profile regional hospital adhere more to the principles of personal autonomy and non-harm, less to the principles of confidentiality and privacy, as well as justice.
