Kolostomas pacientu aprūpe ambulatorajā praksē

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir “Kolostomas pacientu aprūpe ambulatorajā praksē”. Tēmas aktualitāti nosaka kolostomas pacientu skaita pieaugums, kuru pamato Nacionālā veselības dienesta (turpmāk – NVD) mājas lapā pieejamā 2022. gada atskaite par Latvijas valsts budžeta līdzekļu izlietojumu kompensējamo zāļu un medicīnisko ierīču apmaksai. Darba mērķis ir noskaidrot būtiskākos kolostomas pacientu aprūpes aspektus pēc māsu uzskatiem ambulatorajā praksē. Pētniecības uzdevumi ir analizēt literatūras avotus par gremošanas sistēmas stomām, kolostomas veidiem, indikācijām, kolostomas aprūpes komplikācijām, ambulatoro aprūpi, aprūpes procesu un pacientu izglītošanu; analizēt D. E. Oremas pašaprūpes trūkuma teoriju, kā arī tās pielietojumu kolostomas pacienta aprūpē ambulatorajā praksē; izstrādāt intervijas jautājumus māsām, kas nodrošina kolostomas pacientu aprūpi ambulatorajā praksē; apkopot un aprakstīt iegūtos rezultātus un izdarīt secinājumus. Pētniecības jautājums: Kādi ir būtiskākie kolostomas aprūpes aspekti pēc māsu uzskatiem ambulatorajā praksē? Pētījuma veikšanai tiek izmantota kvalitatīvā pētniecības metode, kur pētījuma instruments ir intervija. Pētījuma rezultātā tika noskaidroti pēc māsu uzskatiem būtiskākie kolostomas pacientu aprūpes aspekti ambulatorajā praksē. The topic of this Bachelor thesis is “The care of colostomy patients in an outpatient department.” The topicality of the topic is determined by the increase of colostomy patients that is justified with the report on the use of funds from the Latvian state budget for the payment of compensable medicines and medical devices in 2022 which is found on the website of the National Health Service of Latvia. The purpose of the research is to determine the most important aspects of colostomy patient care according to nurses in an outpatient practice. The research tasks are as follows: to read and analyze different literature sources about digestive system stomas, types of colostomy, complications of colostomy care, an outpatient care, a care process and patient education; to analyze D. E. Orem self-care deficit nursing theory as well as its application in colostomy patient care in an outpatient practice; to develop interview questions for nurses that provide colostomy patient care in an outpatient practice; to summarize and describe the obtained results and draw the conclusions. The research question is as follows: What are the most important aspects of colostomy care according to nurses in outpatient practice? The qualitative research method is used for conducting the research, where the research tool is an interview. As a result, the most important aspects of colostomy patient care were clarified according to nurses in an outpatient department.
