Jauno māsu pieredze, uzsākot darbu profesijā

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir “Jauno māsu pieredze, uzsākot darbu profesijā”. Tēmas aktualitāti nosaka situācija veselības aprūpē, kad nozarē pēc absolvēšanas paliek strādāt vien trešdaļa jauno māsu. Padziļināta analīze par jauno speciālistu darba karjeru pēc māszinību studiju programmas beigšanas līdz šim nav veikta. Pārejot no studijām uz praksi, māsas nonāk unikālā un prasīgā vidē, kur saskaras ar grūtībām, jūtas nepārliecinātas par savām spējām nereti nesaņem pietiekamu atbalstu no vadības un kolēģiem. Tas var būt iemesls, kādēļ jaunie speciālisti izvēlas neturpināt darbu specialitātē- jauno māsu adaptācija darbā nosaka viņu karjeras tālāko attīstību. Taču sabiedrība nevar atļauties zaudēt jau sagatavotus perspektīvus jaunos speciālistus. Pētījuma mērķis ir izzināt jauno māsu pieredzi, uzsākot darbu profesijā. Pētījuma jautājums: kāda ir jauno māsu pieredze, uzsākot darbu profesijā? Pētījuma uzdevumi: 1. analizēt zinātnisko literatūru ietverot jēdziena «pieredze» raksturojumu, māsas profesionālo kompetenču, piemērotības un profesijas standarta izklāstu, analizēt iepriekš veiktus pētījumus; 2. analizēt Patrīcijas Benneres (Patricia Benner) māszinību teoriju «No iesācēja līdz ekspertam»; 3. izstrādāt pētījuma instrumentu- intervijas jautājumus un veikt intervijas; 4. apkopot un analizēt iegūtos datus; 5. formulēt secinājumus un izvirzīt priekšlikumus. Pētījuma veids: kvalitatīvais pētījums. Pētījuma instruments: intervijas jautājumi. Pētījuma respondenti: jaunās māsas, kuras nostrādājušas profesijā ne ilgāk par 2 gadiem pēc profesijas iegūšanas. Pētījumu bāze: X slimnīca, Y slimnīca. Pētījuma ietvaros 6 respondenti atbildēja uz autores sastādītiem intervijas jautājumiem. Būtiskākie pētījuma rezultāti ir: uzsākot darbu jaunās māsas sagaida intensīvs zināšanu un iemaņu apguves posms, kurā viņas ir atkarīgas no pieredzējušo kolēģu līdzdalības un attieksmes. Māsas uzsver, ka svarīga nozīme šajā laikā ir atbalstošam mentoram un pašas motivācijai. Darbs sastāv no 44 lappusēm, Izmantoti 35 literatūras un interneta avoti latviešu un angļu valodā. The subject of the bachelor's work is “The Experience of Young Sisters Getting Started in the Career”. The topic is highlighted by the health situation, where only a third of young nurses remain in the sector after graduation. An in-depth analysis of the careers of young specialists has not been carried out until now after the completion of the programme of nursing studies. Switching from studying to practice, nurses enter a unique and demanding environment where they face difficulties, feeling unconvinced about their abilities often do not receive sufficient support from management and colleagues. This may be the reason why young specialists choose not to pursue their work in a speciality - the adaptation of young nurses to work determines the further development of their careers. But the public can't afford to lose already prepared prospective new specialists. The aim of the study is to explore the experience of young nurses in entering the profession. Question of the study: What is the experience of young nurses in entering the profession? Study tasks: 1. Analyze scientific literature by including a description of the concept of “experience”, a standard presentation of the sister's professional competencies, suitability and profession, analysis of past studies; 2. Analyte Patricia Benner's sister theory “From beginner to expert”; 3. Developing a study tool - interview questions and conducting interviews 4;. to compile and analyse the data obtained; 5. to formulate conclusions and to put forward proposals. Type of study: qualitative study. Study tool: interview questions. Respondents to the study: young nurses who have worked in the profession for a maximum of 2 years after the occupation. Research base: X hospital, Y hospital. As part of the study, 6 respondents responded to interview questions drawn up by the author. The main results of the study are: when they are started, young nurses are expected to have an intensive knowledge and skills learning phase, in which they depend on the participation and attitudes of experienced colleagues. Nurses stress the importance of a supportive mentor and motivation at this time. The work consists of 44 pages, 35 Latvian and English literature and Internet sources have been used.
