Pleca locītavas datortomogrāfijas protokola pielietojums traumu gadījumā

Abstract

Bakalaura darba nosaukums ir “Pleca locītavas datortomogrāfijas protokola pielietojums traumu gadījumā”. Pleca locītavas ievainojumi ir ļoti bieži sastopami un to noteikšanai un turpmākai ārstēšanai ir svarīgi veikt radioloģsku izmeklējumu. Darba mērķis ir noskaidrot pleca locītavas datortomogrāfijas protokola pielietojumu traumu gadījumā. Bakalaura darba pirmajā daļā tiek aplūkota literatūra par pleca locītavas normālo un radioloģisko anatomiju, otrajā daļā tiek analizēta informācija par pleca locītavas traumām – atslēgas kaula, lāpstiņas, akromioklavikulārās locītavas un augšdelma kaula proksimālās daļās bojājumiem, bet trešajā daļā apskatīta informācija par pacientu sagatavošanu datortomogrāfijas izmeklējumam un datortomogrāfijas protokolu. Darba 4. nodaļā tiek izklāstīta pētījuma metodoloģija, taču 5. daļā veikta pētījumu rezultātu analīze. Izvirzītā hipotēze: datortomogrāfijas protokols pleca locītavas traumu gadījumā visos literatūras avotos un Rīgas ārstniecības iestādē ir vienāds. Pētījuma metode: kvalitatīvs pētījums – salīdzinošā analīze. Pētījuma instruments: pētījuma protokols. Bakalaura darba apjoms ir: 36.lpp, 5 nodaļas, un 8 apakšnodaļas, 3 attēli. Darbā izmantoti 37 literatūras avoti. 6 secinājumi. 1 pielikums.

The topic of the bachelor thesis is:”Application of the computed tomography protocol of the shoulder joint in case of trauma”. Shoulder joint injuries are very common and radiological examination is important for their detection and further treatment. The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to find out application of the computed tomography protocol of the shoulder joint in case of trauma. The first part of the bachelor's thesis examines the literature on the normal and radiological anatomy of the shoulder joint, the second part analyzes information about injuries to the shoulder joint - damage to the clavicle, scapula, acromioclavicular joint and damage to the proximal part of the humerus, while the third part examines information on patient preparation for computed tomography examination and computed tomography protocol. Chapter 4 of the paper presents the methodology of the study, but part 5 analyzes the research results. Proposed hypothesis: Computed tomography protocol in the case of shoulder joint injuries is the same in all literature sources and in the Riga medical institution. Research method: qualitative research - comparative analysis, research instrument: research protocol. The volume of the bachelor's thesis is: 36 pages, 5 chapters and 8 subchapters. 3 images, 37 literature sources are used in the work. 6 conclusions. 1 annex.
