Kontrasta spektrālā mamogrāfijas metodes novērtēšana krūts audzēja pacientēm

Abstract

Maģistra darba tēma ir kontrasta spektrālā mamogrāfijas metodes novērtēšana krūts audzēja pacientēm. Tēmas aktualitāti nosaka kontrasta spektrālās mamogrāfijas izmeklēšanas metodes novitāti. Tā ir jauna izmeklēšanas metode, kas balstīta uz joda saturoša kontrastvielas krāšanos krūts audos, kas saistīta ar pastiprinātu apasiņošanu krūts vēža gadījumā. Tās biežākā indikācija ir pirms-operācijas krūts audzēja izmēra izvērtēšana histoloģiski apstiprinātam krūts vēzim. Kā rezultātā, precīzāka operācijas apjoma noteikšana samazina recidīvu skaitu un pagarina dzīvildzi. Darba mērķis bija salīdzināt krūts audzēja izmēru starp kontrasta spektrālo mamogrāfijas metodi un konvencionālajām metodēm, kā arī meklēt saistības dažādu parametru grupās. Pētījuma hipotēze: kontrasta spektrālā mamogrāfijas izmeklējums palīdz precīzāk noteikt audzēja patieso apjomu, nekā konvencionālās izmeklējuma metodes (ultrasonogrāfija un mamogrāfija). Apkopojot maģistra darba rezultātus, tika secināts, ka kontrasta spektrālās mamogrāfijas metodei ir ciešāka korelācija kā konvencionālajām izmeklēšanas metodēm.

The topic of the master's thesis is evaluation of contrast-enhances spectral mammography method in breast cancer patients. The importance of the topic is determined by the novelty of the contrast spectral mammography examination method. It is a new examination method based on the accumulation of iodine-containing contrast material in breast tissue, which is associated with increased bleeding in breast cancer. Its most common indication is pre-operative assessment of breast tumor size for histologically confirmed breast cancer. As a result, more accurate determination of the extent of surgery reduces the number of recurrences and prolongs survival. The aim of the work was to compare the size of the breast tumor between the contrast spectral mammography method and conventional methods, as well as to look for relationships in groups of different parameters. Research hypothesis: the contrast spectral mammography examination helps determine the true volume of the tumor more accurately than conventional examination methods (ultrasonography and mammography). Summarizing the results of the master's work, it was concluded that the method of contrast spectral mammography has a closer correlation than conventional methods of examination.
