Vizuālās funkcionēšanas spējas pacientiem ar kataraktu perioperatīvajā periodā

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma “Vizuālās funkcionēšanas spējas pacientiem ar kataraktu perioperatīvajā periodā.” Darbs ir uzrakstīts latviešu valodā uz 41 lapaspusēm. Tas satur 19 attēlus, 3 pielikumus un 36 atsauces uz literatūras avotiem Bakalaura darba tēmas izvēle balstās uz darba autores pieredzi strādājot vienā no Latvijas acu centriem. Darba process pie acu centrā ir specifisks un ar savu intensitātes pakāpi. Lai kvalitatīvi veiktu darba procesu, māsai jābūt savā jomā kompetentai- zinošai, ar iemaņām, prasmi un pieredzi. Darba mērķis ir izvērtēt pacientu vizuālās funkcionēšanas spējas izmaiņas pirms un pēc kataraktas operācijas. Darbs sastāv no teorētiskās un praktiskās daļas. Teorētiskā daļa sastāv no literatūras apskatā apkopotas informācijas par Kalistas Rojas māszinību teoriju, kataraktu, tās etioloģiju, diagnosticēšanu, ārstēšanu. Kā arī informācija par vizuālās funkcionēšanas spējām pacientiem ar kataraktu pirms un pēc kataraktas operācijas. Pētniecības uzdevums veikt literatūras analīzi par kataraktu, kataraktas etioloģiju, diagnosticēšanu un ārstēšanu. Veikt māszinību teorijas analīzi saistībā ar pētāmo tēmu Novērtēt vizuālās funkcionēšanas spējas pacientiem ar kataraktu pirms operācijas un vienu mēnesi pēc operācijas. Tika izvēlēta kvantitatīvā pētniecības metode, longitudināls pētījuma dizains, jo mērījumi (anketēšana) tika veikta atkārtoti vienā un tajā pašā izlases kārtībā. Kā pētniecības instruments ir VF -14 aptaujas anketa. Tika veikta 100 respondentu anketēšana. Pētījumā tika aicināti pacienti ar jau diagnosticēto senilo jeb vecuma kataraktu. Pētījumā izvirzītā hipotēze – “ pēc kataraktas operācijas ir novērojamas vizuālo funkcionēšanas spēju uzlabošanās”, ir apstiprinājusies. Bachelor's thesis topic "Visual functioning abilities of patients with cataracts in the perioperative period." The thesis is written in Latvian on 41 pages. The choice of the subject of the bachelor thesis is based on the experience of the author of the thesis working in one of the Latvian eye centers. The work process at the eye center is specific and has its own degree of intensity. In order to carry out the work process qualitatively, the nurse must be competent in her field, with skills, knowledge and experience. The aim of the work is to evaluate the changes in visual functioning ability of patients before and after cataract surgery. The work consists of a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part consists of information collected in the literature review about Kalista Roja's theory of nursing, cataract, its etiology, diagnosis, treatment. As well as information on the visual functioning abilities of cataract patients before and after cataract surgery. The research task is to analyze the literature on cataract, cataract etiology, diagnosis and treatment. To conduct an analysis of nursing theory related to the research topic To assess the visual functioning abilities of patients with cataracts before surgery and one month after surgery. A quantitative research method, a longitudinal research design, were chosen because the measurements (questionnaire) were repeated in the same random order. The VF -14 questionnaire is used as a research instrument. A survey of 100 respondents was conducted. The study invited patients with already diagnosed senile cataracts. The hypothesis put forward in the study - "improvement of visual functioning abilities can be observed after cataract surgery" - has been confirmed.
