Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ,,Vidzemes iedzīvotāju motivācija kļūt par asins donoru”. Tēmas aktualitāti nosaka pieprasījums pēc asinīm un asins pārstrādes produktiem. Pacientu skaits pieaug, palielinās pieprasījums pēc donoru asinīm. Darba mērķis - kas motivē iedzīvotājus piedalīties asins donoru kustībā. Pētniecības uzdevums - apkopot un analizēt literatūras avotus, apskatīt Dorotejas Džonsones māsu teoriju, veikt donoru anketēšanu un rezultātu apkopošanu. Izvirzīta hipotēze - Vidzemes iedzīvotājus ziedot asinis vairāk motivē vēlme palīdzēt, mazāk materiāla labumu gūšana. Pētniecības metode ir kvantitatīvs šķērsgriezuma aprakstošs pētījums, gadījuma atlase, ērtuma metode. Pētniecības instruments - aptaujas anketa. Pētījuma rezultāti – apstiprinās izvirzītā hipotēze par iedzīvotāju motivāciju.

The theme of Bachelor's Thesis is "Motivation of Vidzeme residents to become a blood donor". The actuality of the topic is determined by the request for blood and blood processing products. If the number of patients is increasing, the request for blood donor is increasing. The goal of the work - what motivates citizens to participate in the blood donor movement. Research task - to collect and analyze literature sources, to look at Dorothea Johnson's theory of nursing, to accomplish donor questionnaires and to summarize results. A hypothesis - residents of Vidzeme are more motivated to donate blood by the desire to help other people, less by getting material benefits. The research method is quantitative cross-sectional descriptive study, case selection, convenience method. Research instrument - questionnaire.
