Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma: Pacientu ar urīnceļu infekciju aprūpe stacionārā Tēmas aktualitātes pamatojums: Ikdienā strādāju stacionāra “X” Uroloģijas un onkoloģiskās uroloģijas klīnikā, tādēļ veicu pētījumu par pacientu ar urīnceļu infekciju aprūpi stacionārā. Darba mērķis: noskaidrot, kāda ir aprūpe pacientiem ar urīnceļu infekciju stacionāros. Pētniecības uzdevumi: 1.Pētīt un analizēt literatūru par urīnceļu saslimšanām un pacientu aprūpi. 2.Analizēt Virdžīnijas Hendersones māszinību teoriju saistībā ar bakalaura darba tēmu. 3.Izstrādāt pētījuma instrumentus – izveidot aptaujas anketu pacientiem ar urīnceļu infekcijām, kas atrodas stacionārā, veikt anketēšanu. 4.Apkopot anketēšanas rezultātus un analizēt tos. 5.Izstrādāt secinājumus. Hipotēze: UCI pacientu aprūpe stacionārā ir balstītas uz regulāru analīžu paraugu ņemšanu un pacientu izglītošanu. Bachelor thesis topic: Inpatient care of patients with urinary tract infections. Purpose of the research: to find out what is the care for patients with urinary tract infection in hospital. Research tasks: 1.Research and analyze scientific literature on urinary tract diseases and patient care. 2.Analyze Virginia Henderson’s nursing theory in relation to the topic of a bachelor’s thesis. 3.Develop research tools – a structured interview for inpatient nurses and a survey questionnaire for patients with urinary tract infections, who is in hospital, to conduct questionnaires and interviews. 4.Collect questionnaire and interview data and analyze it. 5.Developed conclusions. Question of the research: UTI inpatient care is based on regular analytical sampling and patient education. Research method: quantitative research method.
