Komplikāciju sastopamība pēc COVID - 19 pārslimošanas un izmantotie līdzekļi to novēršanai

Ilgtermiņa simptomi pēc COVID-19 kļūst arvien aktualāki visā pasaulē. Maģistra darba mērķis bija noskaidrot komplikāciju sastopamību pēc COVID-19 pārslimošanas un biežāk izmantotos līdzekļus to mazināšanai, veicot mērķa grupu anketēšanu. Darbā tika analizētas 113 iedzīvotāju, 70 farmācijas speciālistu un 8 ārstu aptauju atbildes, pēc kurām tika noskaidrotas biežākās sūdzības pēc COVID-19 un pielietotie vai rekomendētie preparāti to mazināšanai. Rezulāti liecina, ka 85% aptaujāto iedzīvotāju saskarās vismaz ar 2 pastāvīgiem simptomiem pēc pārslimošanas. Visu mērķa grupu sniegtie dati viennozīmigi parādīja, ka visbiežāk pēc COVID-19 ir novērojāmi tādi simptomi kā nespēks, nogurums, kā arī atmiņas un koncentrēšanas traucējumi. Vispārēja stāvokļa uzlabošanai aptaujātie iedzīvotāji, farmācijas speciālisti un ārsti visvairāk izvēlējas D vitamīnu. Long-term symptoms after COVID-19 are becoming more pressing around the world.The master's thesis was created with the aim of finding out the occurrence of complications after contracting COVID-19 and the most frequently used means to reduce them, surveying target groups. In the work, survey responses were analyzed of 113 residents, 70 pharmaceutical specialists and 8 doctors, after which more frequent complaints after COVID-19 and the preparations used to reduce them were clarified. The results of the study show that 85% of respondents face at least 2 permanent symptoms after becoming ill. The data provided by all target groups clearly showed that weakness, fatigue, as well as memory and concentration problems were the most common symptoms after COVID-19. In order to improve the general condition, the surveyed residents, pharmaceutical specialists and doctors choose vitamin D the most.
