Stomas pacientu aprūpe agrīnajā pēc operācijas periodā

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir «Stomas pacientu aprūpe agrīnajā pēcoperācijas periodā». Pētījuma ir mērķis - noskaidrot, kāda ir stomas pacientu aprūpe agrīnajā pēcoperācijas periodā. Darbs sastāv no ievada, 5 nodaļām un 3 apakšnodaļām. Darba izmantota kvalitatīvā pētījumā metode, darba instruments intervija. Tika izvirzīts pētījumā jautājums - «Kāda ir stomas pacientu aprūpe agrīnajā pēcoperācijas periodā». Bakalaura darbs sastāv no teorētiskās un praktiskās daļas. Praktiskajā daļā tika noskaidrots, kā notiek Stomas pacienta aprūpe agrīnajā pēcoperācijas periodā. Bakalaura darbā tika izmantoti 30 literatūras avoti. Bakalaura darbā apjoms ir 40 lapaspuses, bez pielikumiem. Apkopojot pētījuma rezultātus, var secināt, ka stomas aprūpe agrīnajā pēcoperācijas periodā, mūsdienas ir ļoti aktuāla tēma, un māsas pieredze un zināšanas dod pacientam iespēju ātrāk atgriezties pie normālas dzīves. Veicot aprūpi agrīnajā pēcoperācijas periodā, māsa ne tikai aprūpē pacientu ar stomu, bet arī atbalsta pacientu psiholoģiski, kā arī sagatavo pacientu par to - kā var vieglāk sadzīvot ar stomu. The topic of current bachelor’s thesis is “Early postoperative care for patients with stomas”. The main purpose is to identify early postoperative care for patients with stomas. This thesis contains 5 chapters and 3 subchapters. For current research was used qualitative approach - an interview. A key point of this research is to find out what is the early postoperative care for patients with stomas. This work was based on 30 references. Volume of this work contains 40 pages without attachments. A conclusion for this research based on the results states that early postoperative care for patients with stomas nowadays is very relevant. An experience and education of a nurse helps patients to get back to their regular life. During early postoperative care a nurse provides psychological support and educates patients about the treatments and a fulfilled life with a stoma.
