Jauniešu viedoklis par B hepatīta riska faktoriem un preventīviem pasākumiem

Abstract

Bakalaura darba mērķis ir noskaidrot jauniešu attieksmi pret vīrusa B hepatīta riska faktoriem un preventīviem pasākumiem. Darba teorētiskajā daļā apskatīti jautājumi par vīrusa hepatīta B inficēšanās mehānismu, diagnostiku, simptomiem, komplikācijām un pacienta informētību, ārstēšanu. Neliels ieskats tiek apskatīts par jauniešu attieksmi pret vīrusa hepatīta B riska faktoriem un preventīviem pasākumiem. Kā teorētiskais pamatojums bija izmantots Džīnas Vatsones (Watson) Aprūpes teorija (1). Praktiskajā daļā, kā pētniecības metode tika izmantota kvantitatīva pētniecības metode aptaujas anketa. Pētījuma darba ietvaros izvirzītā hipotēze: “Jauniešu attieksme pret vīrusa B hepatīta riska faktoriem un preventīviem pasākumiem nav pietiekoša”. Apkopojot un analizējot iegūtos datus, var secināt, ka respondentiem ir nepietiekošas zināšanas par vīrusa B hepatīta riska faktoriem un preventīviem pasākumiem. Lielākā daļa respondentu – 55% nezin, vai ir vakcinēti, 26% respondentu atbildēja, ka nav vakcinējušies pret hepatītu B, tikai 19% respondentu atbildēja, ka ir vakcinēti pret hepatītu B. Ļoti bēdīgi ir apzināties, ka jauniešiem ir maz informācijas par to vai viņi paši ir vakcinēti un, ka tas vīruss skar visas Eiropas valstis. Diemžēl attieksme, informētība pret vīrusa izplatību vēl joprojām ir zema. Tikai 48% respondenti uzskata, ka vakcīna ir drošs veids, kā izvairīties no infekcijas. Pētījuma rezultāti atspoguļoti darbā. Hipotēze ir apstiprināta. Bakalaura darbs sastāv no 37 lapām, 15 diagrammām, literatūras saraksta, kas satur 31 literatūras avotus un 1 pielikumiem.

The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to find out the attitude of young people towards the risk factors of hepatitis B virus and preventive measures. In the theoretical part of the paper, questions about the mechanism of hepatitis B infection in men, diagnosis, symptoms, complications and patient awareness and treatment are discussed. A small insight is discussed about young people's attitude towards hepatitis B virus risk factors and preventive measures. Gina Watson's theory of care (1.) was used as the theoretical basis. In the practical part, a quantitative research method, a questionnaire, was used as a research method. The hypothesis put forward within the framework of the research work: "The attitude of young people towards the risk factors of hepatitis B virus and preventive measures is not sufficient". Collecting and analyzing the obtained data, it can be concluded that the respondents have insufficient knowledge about the risk factors of hepatitis B and preventive measures. The majority of respondents - 55% do not know whether they have been vaccinated, 26% of respondents answered that they have not been vaccinated against hepatitis B, only 19% of respondents answered that they have been vaccinated against hepatitis B. It is very sad to realize that young people have little information about whether they themselves have been vaccinated and that this virus affects all European countries. Unfortunately, the attitude and awareness towards the spread of the virus is still low. Only 48% of respondents believe that the vaccine is a safe way to avoid infection. The research results are reflected in the thesis. The hypothesis is confirmed. The bachelor's thesis consists of 37 pages, 15 diagrams, a list of literature, which contains 31 literature sources and 1 appendices.
