Abstract

Bakalaura darbs “Māsas komunikācijas ētiskie aspekti ar bērnu vecākiem psihiatrijas ambulatorajā praksē” izstrādāts ar mērķi noskaidrot māsas komunikācijas ētiskos aspektus ar bērnu vecākiem psihiatrijas ambulatorajā praksē. Bērnu psihiatriskā aprūpe un ambulatoru pakalpojumu sniegšana prasa multidisciplinārās komandas iesaisti un atbalstu ne tikai bērnam, bet arī viņa vecākiem, lai sasniegtu maksimāli efektīvus ārstēšanas un aprūpes diagnostikas rezultātus. Māsai ir viena no vadošajām lomām šajā procesā, tādā veidā diktējot augstas prasības atbilstošām komunikācijas prasmēm. Darbs ir balstīts uz H. Peplau māszinības teoriju. Teorētiskajā daļā, apkopojot literatūru tiek apskatīti komunikācijas ētiskie aspekti, ētikas jēdziens un tās pamatprincipi. Pētījumā tiek izmantota kvalitatīvā metode, intervējot 7 psihiatrijas ambulatorajā praksē strādājošās māsas. Pētniecības jautājums – Kādi ir māsu komunikācijas ētiskie aspekti ar bērnu vecākiem psihiatrijas ambulatorajā praksē?Pētījuma rezultāti liecina par to, ka komunikācijas ētiskie aspekti ir mierīgs un lēns runas temps, konfidencialitāte, labas darīšanas un nekaitēšanas ievērošanas principi, izteikties vienkāršā un saprotamā valodā, empātiski, pieklājīgā formā, ar atklātību, cieņu, sapratni. Veiksmīgai saziņai starp māsu un pacientu jāievēro: godprātība, profesionalitāte, uzklausīšana, morāles normas.

The bachelor paper “Ethical aspects of nurses communication with children's parents in outpatient psychiatric practice” investigates ethical aspects of nurse communication with child’s parents in psychiatry outpatient care. Providing children’s psychiatry outpatient care demands the involvement of a multidisciplinary team and support for the child and the parents to achieve maximally effective treatment and the results of care diagnostics. Nurse has one of the leading roles in this process, demanding high standards for appropriate communication skills. The bachelor paper is based on H. Peplau nursing theory. In the theoretical part, gathering literature is examined the ethical aspects of communication, the concept of ethics, and its main principles. The research is used with qualitative method, interviewing seven psychiatry outpatient practice working nurses. Research question – What are the ethical aspects of a nurse’s communication with a child’s parents in outpatient psychiatry care? The research results imply that the ethical aspects of communication are a calm and slow pace of speech, confidentiality, principles of good doing and respect for harm, to express themselves in plain and understandable language, empathetic, polite form, with openness, respect, and understanding. Successful communication between nurses and patients must respect integrity, professionalism, hearings, and moral norms.
