Tēmas aktualitāti nosaka tas, ka pēc bērna piedzimšanas vecāki saskaras ar lielu skaitu iezīmju, rūpējoties par bērnu, kurš dabiski nespēj par sevi parūpēties. Pētījuma mērķis ir noskaidrot vispārējās aprūpes māsas kompetences jaundzimušo aprūpē. Pētniecības darba uzdevumi: 1. Analizēt literatūru un citus materiālus par jaundzimušo aprūpes principiem. 2. Analizēt literatūru par māszinību teorijām, kas attiecās uz māsas kompetencēm aprūpē 3. Izstrādāt pētniecības darba instrumentu – aptaujas anketu un veikt māsu anketēšanu 4. Veikt iegūto datu statistiku analīzi 5. Analizēt māszinību teoriju pielietošanu saskaņā ar iegūtiem pētījuma datiem 6. Izdarīt secinājumus un sniegt priekšlikumus Izmantotais pētījuma veids ir kvantitatīvs pētījums. Pētniecības hipotēze: Izglītojošā kompetence ir visnozīmīgākā vispārējās aprūpes māsas kompetence jaundzimušo aprūpē. Pētniecības instruments: Darba instruments ir aprobēta aptaujas anketa(1), kura tika iztulkota latviski. Apgalvojumi ir novērtēti pēc Likerta skalas (1..5), kura tika iztulkota latviski. Dalībnieku skaits ir 40 vispārējās aprūpes māsas. Pētījuma rezultāti: Pamatojoties uz pētījuma rezultātiem, var secināt, ka hipotēze “Izglītojošā kompetence ir visnozīmīgākā vispārējās aprūpes māsas kompetence jaundzimušo aprūpē” ir noraidīta. Kompetence izglītot vērtēta ar 4.40 vērtējumu. Šajā pētījumā māsas vairāk vērtē emocionālo atbalstu un praktiskās aprūpes aspektus, piemēram, zāļu ievadīšanu (4.75) un procedūru veikšanu (4.68), kā svarīgākas kompetences. The topicality of the topic is determined by the fact that after the birth of a child, parents are faced with a large number of features when taking care of a child who is naturally unable to take care of himself. The aim of the study is to find out the general nursing nurse's competences in newborn care. Tasks of research work: 1. Analyze literature and other materials on the principles of newborn care. 2. To analyze the literature on nursing theories that related to nursing competencies in care 3. To develop a research work tool - a survey questionnaire and to conduct a survey of nurses 4. Perform statistical analysis of the obtained data 5. Analyze the application of nursing theories according to the obtained research data 6. Draw conclusions and make proposals The type of research used is quantitative research. Research hypothesis: Educational competence is the most important competence of the general care nurse in newborn care. Research instrument: The working instrument is an approved questionnaire (1), which was translated into Latvian. The number of participants is 40 general care nurses. Research results: Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the hypothesis "Educational competence is the most important competence of the general care nurse in newborn care" has been rejected. Competence in education was evaluated with a rating of 4.40. In this study, nurses rate more emotional support and practical aspects of care, such as administering medications (4.75) and performing procedures (4.68), as more important competencies.
