Uz simulāciju balstītas apmācības metodes efektivitāte un pielietošana studiju procesā

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir “Uz simulāciju balstītas apmācības metodes efektivitāte un pielietošana studiju procesā”. Vēl pirms pāris gadiem tradicionālo studiju laikā jaunietis pēc kvalitatīvas teorētisko zināšanu apguves nonāca slimnīcā pie pacienta, un viņam nekas cits neatlika, kā mācīties no kolēģiem, uz pacientiem, maziem solīšiem virzoties uz priekšu un apgūstot jaunas prasmes, taču tagad neatņemama studiju procesa sastāvdaļa ir simulāciju izmantošana studiju procesā, kas sniedz iespēju mācīties bez jebkādiem riskiem, kā arī drošā veidā attīstīt kompetenci izvairoties no riskiem, kas var skart pacienta veselību. Darba mērķis ir noskaidrot uz simulāciju balstītu apmācību metožu veidus, kuri tiek pielietoti mācību procesa laikā, un to ietekmi uz studentu un veselības aprūpes jomā praktizējošo speciālistu zināšanām, prasmēm un iemaņām. Darbā izmantota kvantitatīva pētniecības metode un pētījuma instruments ir anketa. Anketēšana norisinājās Google platformā. Kopumā pētījumā tika apkopotas un analizētas 55 respondentu iesniegtās anketas, kur 49 respondenti bija sievietes (89%) un 6 vīrieši (11%). Pētījums norisinājās no 2023. gada 18. aprīļa līdz 2023. gada 6.maijam. Pētījumā izvirzītā hipotēze, ka simulācijas, kas balstītas uz apmācību, attīsta un uzlabo studentu un veselības aprūpes jomā praktizējošo speciālistu zināšanas, prasmes un iemaņas, apstiprinās. Pēc veiktā pētījuma var secināt, ka bakalaura darba mērķis ir sasniegts, un darba uzdevumi ir izpildīti. Atslēgvārdi: simulācija, apmācības metodes, studenti, māszinību teorija.

Bachelor's work is “The effectiveness and application of a simulation-based training method in the study process”. A couple of years ago, during his traditional studies, students after acquiring high-quality theoretical knowledge, ended up in hospital with a patient and had no choice than to learn from his colleagues, on patients, moving forward with small steps and learning new skills, but now the use of simulations in the study process is an integral part of the study process, which provides an opportunity to learn without any risks as well as to develop competence in a safe manner, avoiding risks that may affect the patient’s health. The aim of the work is to find out the types of simulation-based training methods that are used during the learning process and their impact on the knowledge, skills and abilities of students and healthcare practitioners. The work uses a quantitative research method and the study tool is a questionnaire. The questionnaire took place on Google’s platform. In total, 55 questionnaires submitted by respondents were collected and analyzed in the study, with 49 respondents being women (89%) and 6 men (11%). The study ran from April 18, 2023 to May 6, 2023 The study's hypothesis that simulation-based training develops and improve the knowledge, skills and abilities of students and healthcare practitioners will be confirmed. Following the study carried out, it can be concluded that the aim of the Bachelor's work has been achieved and the terms of reference have been fulfilled.
