Bakalaura darba tēma “Pacientu sagaidītais rezultāts un māsu viedoklis par laparatomijas brūces aprūpi ķirurģijas nodaļā”. Tēmas aktualitāti nosaka tas, ka ķirurģijas nodaļa katru dienu ir pacienti ar laparatomijas brūcēm. Māsai ir jāveic brūces aprūpe un to darot katra māsai ir savs viedoklis par aprūpi un tās veikšanu, sniegto informāciju pacientam. Bet pacienti no māsas par brūces aprūpi sagaida rezultātu. Māsai veicot brūces aprūpi ir jākomunicē ar pacientu jāievēro aseptika, lai brūce neiekaistu un būtu tīra. Jāpievērš uzmanība brūces dzīšanas etapiem, kā arī jāievēro labākais brūces aprūpes veids katram pacientam. Katram no pacientiem atšķiras slimība, dzīvesveids, kāds dzīvo veselīgi, kāds neievēro veselīgu dzīvesveidu, līdz ar to atšķiras brūces dzīšana. Protams katrs no pacientiem vēlas sagaidīt, to labāko rezultātu no māsas, kas veic brūces apkopi darbadienās un brīvdienās. Katrs no pacientiem grib individuāli sagaidīt no māsas konkrētas lietas kas viņu interesē, kāds vēlas vairāk lai viņam izskaidro un dod informāciju, kāds tik daudz negrib sagaidīt informāciju no māsas un galvenais ir lai brūce ātrāk sadzītu un brūces aprūpe būtu veiksmīga. Darba mērķis ir izpētīt pacientu sagaidīto rezultātu un māsu viedokli par laparatomijas brūces aprūpi ķirurģijas nodaļā. Subject of Bachelor's work “Patient expected result and nurses opinion on lapratomia wound care in surgery unit”. The highlight of the topic is determined by the fact that the surgical department is daily patients with lapratomic wounds. The nurse needs to do wound care and in doing so, each nurse has their own opinion on care and how it is performed, the information given to the patient. But patients expect a good result from their sister for wound care. During wound care, the nurse should combine with the patient to follow the aseptic so that the wound does not become intolerant and is clean. Attention should be paid to the stages of wound healing and to the best form of wound care for each patient. Each of the patients has different illnesses, lifestyles that live healthily, someone doesn't follow a healthy lifestyle, so wound healing varies. Of course, each patient wants to expect, that best result from a nurse doing wound maintenance on weekdays and holidays. Each patient wants to individually expect specific things from their sister that interest them, someone wants more to explain to them and give them information, someone doesn't want so much to expect information from their sister and the key is for the wound to heal faster and the wound care to be successful. The work aims to examine the expected outcome of patients and the views of nurses on lapratomia wound care in the surgical department. Research task: •Seek out the sisters' views on lapratomia wound care in the surgical department. •Find out patient expected result from nurse for lapratomia wound care •Check patients' expected results for lapratomia wound care in the surgical department. •Seek out patients' views on lapratomia wound care in the surgical department. •Find out who is worrying patients about lapratomjias wound care before going home. •Find out what patients would like to change in lapratomic wound care in the kirurgy ward. •Find out who is worrying the sisters about lapratomia wound care in the surgical department. •Finding out what the sisters want to change lapratomia wounds in care in the surgical department. Develop interview questions to examine the outcome expected by patients and the sister's view on lapratomia wound care in the surgical department. Apply theory after surgery in wound care. Draw conclusions below. The qualitative research method was chosen. The research tool is an interview. The job consists of: 63 pages, 7 attachments, 20 tables, 2 images. 43 sources used in the work.
