Mentoringa nozīme māsu profesionālajā adaptācijā

Abstract

Bakalaura darba "Mentoringa nozīme māsu profesionālajā adaptācijā" ietvaros tika veikts pētījums, lai izpētītu mentoringa lomu māsu adaptācijas periodā. Tēma ir aktuāla, jo Latvijā ir ļoti liels māsu trūkums. Ko darīt, ja ir jādomā no šodienas uz nākotni, un jaunās paaudzes piesaiste, noturēšana un saglabāšana ir ārkārtīgi svarīga māsas profesijas saglabāšanai? Šajā nolūkā bakalaura darbā tika apskatīti citu valstu pētījumi un literatūra par mentoringa lomu un funkcijām jauno māsu adaptācijas procesā veselības aprūpes iestādēs. Tika aplūkota literatūra par adaptācijas jēdzienu, būtību un veidiem, kā arī analizēts K. Rojas adaptācijas modelis saistībā ar bakalaura darba tēmu. Pētījuma jautājums - Kādi mentoringa procesi ir svarīgi māsu adaptācijas periodā? Mērķa sasniegšanai izmantotais pētījuma instruments bija intervija, ko autore izstrādāja, lai noteiktu respondentu darba stāžu un statusu mentoringa programmā. Respondentiem tika jautāts viņu viedokli par mentoringa lomu un funkcijām adaptācijas periodā. Tika arī jautāts, kā mentorings varētu atbalstīt māsas profesionālajā adaptācijā. Intervija tika veikta no 10.05.2023. līdz 17.05.2023. Pētījumā piedalījās seši respondenti. Tika intervētas divas māsu grupas: 3 mentori 3 jaunās māsas, kuras bija iesaistītas mentoringa attiecībās kā jaunās darbinieces. Pētījums sniedza atbildi uz uzdoto jautājumu. Kā teorētiskā bāze darbā tika izmantota literatūra latviešu, krievu un angļu valodā. Par informācijas avotiem kalpoja speciālā literatūra, periodiskie izdevumi, interneta mājas lapas, nepublicētie materiāli. Bakalaura darbs sastāv no anotācijas, satura rādītāja, ievada, literatūras apskata, pētniecības darba metodoloģijas, rezultātiem, secinājumiem, patieicības, izmantotā literatūras avotu saraksta un pielikumiem. Darbā ievietots 1 attēls, izmantoti 47 literatūras avoti. Darbs sastāv 46 no lapaspusēm bez pielikumiem. Atslēgvārds: mentorings māszinībās; māsas; mentori; mentora nozīmē; profesionālā adaptācija.

In the framework of the bachelor thesis "The role of mentoring in nurses' professional adaptation" a study was conducted to investigate the role of mentoring in the nurses' adaptation period. The topic is topical because there is a very large shortage of nurses in Latvia. What if we have to think from today to the future, and attracting, retaining and retaining the younger generation is crucial for the survival of the nursing profession? To this end, the bachelor thesis reviewed research and literature from other countries on the role and function of mentoring in the process of adaptation of new nurses in healthcare settings. The literature on the concept, nature and types of adaptation was reviewed, and K. Roja's model of adaptation was analysed in relation to the topic of the bachelor thesis. The research question - Which mentoring processes are important in the adaptation period of nurses? The research instrument used to achieve the objective was an interview, designed by the author to determine the seniority and status of the respondents in the mentoring programme. Respondents were asked their views on the role and function of mentoring during the adaptation period. They were also asked how mentoring could support nurses in their professional adaptation. The interview was conducted from 10.05.2023 to 17.05.2023. Six respondents participated in the study. Two groups of nurses were interviewed: 3 mentors 3 young nurses who were involved in a mentoring relationship as young employees. The study answered the following question. The theoretical basis of the study was the literature in Latvian, Russian and English. The sources of information were special literature, periodicals, Internet websites, unpublished materials. The bachelor thesis consists of an annotation, table of contents, introduction, literature review, research methodology, results, conclusions, veracity, list of literature sources used and appendices.
