Madonas daudzdzīvokļu ēku iedzīvotāju iesaiste mājokļu energoefektivitātes uzlabošanas pasākumos

Abstract

Bakalaura darba nosaukums ir “Madonas daudzdzīvokļu ēku iedzīvotāju iesaiste mājokļu energoefektivitātes uzlabošanas pasākumos”. Darba mērķis bija noskaidrot, kā Madonas pilsētas daudzdzīvokļu ēku iedzīvotāji iesaistās mājokļu energoefektivitātes uzlabošanas pasākumos, un identificēt problēmas ar kādām iedzīvotāji saskaras iesaistoties mājokļu energoefektivitātes uzlabošanas pasākumos. Teorētiskajā daļā tika aplūkots daudzdzīvokļu mājokļu energoefektivitātes uzlabošanas pasākumu normatīvais regulējums, kā arī dažādas attīstības programmas, kurās iekļauti jautājumi par ēku energoefektivitāti. Kā teorētiskā bāze izmantota Roberta Putnama sociālā kapitāla teorija. Empīriskajā daļā tika veiktas 3 ekspertu intervijas un veikta Madonas daudzdzīvokļu iedzīvotāju aptauja. Darba rezultātā tiek secināts, ka galvenie virzītājspēki Madonas daudzdzīvokļu iedzīvotāju iesaistei energoefektivitātes uzlabošanas pasākumos ir līdera esamība, ēkas vizuālā izskata uzlabošanās, komunikācija, pozitīvi piemēri, finanses. Turpretī šķēršļi – neinformētība, grūtības vienoties, nav vēlmes kaut ko mainīt.

The title of the bachelor thesis is "Involvement of inhabitants of apartment buildings in Madona in measure to improve the energy efficiency of housing”. The aim of the thesis was to find out how the residents of apartment buildings in Madona engage in measures to improve the energy efficiency of housing and to identify the problems that residents face when engaging in measures to improve the energy efficiency of housing. The theoretical part of the study focused on the regulatory framework for energy efficiency improvement measures in multi-apartment dwellings, as well as various development programmes that include issues related to energy efficiency of buildings. Robert Putnam's social capital theory was used as a theoretical basis. The empirical part included 3 expert interviews and a survey of residents of Madona apartment blocks. The paper concludes that the main drivers for the involvement of Madona apartment dwellers in energy efficiency improvement measures are the presence of a leader, improvement of the visual appearance of the building, communication, positive examples, finance. In contrast, the barriers are lack of information, difficulties in reaching agreement, lack of willingness to change.
