NVA un EDS VID e-pakalpojumu lietojamība

Abstract

Bakalaura darba “NVA un EDS VID e-pakalpojumu lietojamība” mērķis ir noskaidrot, cik viegli un ērti ir lietojami NVA (Nodarbinātības valsts aģentūras) CV un Vakanču portālā un EDS VID (Valsts ieņēmumu dienesta elektroniskās deklarēšanās sistēmā) pieejamie e-pakalpojumi, kā cilvēkiem dažādos vecumos izdodas atrast un saņemt tos, un kāds ir sabiedrības viedoklis par konkrēto iestāžu un kopumā e-pakalpojumiem un to vietnēm Latvijā. NVA un EDS VID e-pakalpojumu lietojamības noteikšana tiek balstīta uz grieķu pētnieku Jannis Tsakonas (Giannis Tsakonas) un Kristos Papateodoru (Christos Papatheodorou) izstrādātajā “Mijiedarbības trīs komponentu modelī” (The Interaction Triptych Model) noteiktajiem labas lietojamības kritērijiem. Šajā pētījumā ir izmantota kvantitatīvā pētniecības metode – anketēšana un kvalitatīvā pētniecības metode – verbālais protokols, kā arī papildus metode – intervija ar verbālā protokola dalībniekiem. Pētījumā secināts, ka dažādu vecuma grupu lietotāji sistēmās orientējas un informāciju uztver dažādi, tādēļ tas, kas jaunākajiem lietotājiem šķiet vienkāršs, vecākiem ir sarežģīts, taču kopumā NVA e-pakalpojumi galvenokārt atbilst labas lietojamības kritērijiem, bet EDS VID neatbilst.

The goal of the bachelor’s thesis “NVA and EDS VID e-service usability” is to study how easy and convenient it is to use e-services of NVA (State Employment Agency) and EDS VID (State Revenue Service electronic declaration system), how people at different ages manage to find and receive them, and what is the opinion of the public about the NVA and EDS VID e-services and e-services and their websites in Latvia in general. The determination of the usability of the NVA and EDS VID e-services is based on the criteria of good usability defined in “The Interaction Triptych Model’’ developed by Greek researchers Giannis Tsakonas and Christos Papatheodorou. This study uses a quantitative research method - questionnaire and a qualitative reasearch method – verbal protocol, as well as and additional method – and interview with the participants of the verbal protocol. The study concluded that users of different age groups orient themselves in the systems and perceive information in different ways, so what seems simple to the youngest users is complicated to the older ones, but in general, the e-services of the NVA mostly meet the criteria of good usability, but the EDS VID do not.
