This bachelor's thesis title is Russian foreign policy in the Middle East (under V.Putins 3rd presidency). The bachelor's thesis looked at Italian Renaissance time philosopher Niccolo Machiavelli's political ideology, treatise "The Prince," and machiavellianism theory. Additionally, Russia's foreign policy goals, tasks, and reasons in the Middle East region were analyzed. The bachelor's thesis aim is to analyze the Russian Federation's foreign policy in the Middle East during Vladimir Putins 3rd presidency to find Russia's reasons and benefits for an enhanced presence in the Middle East region from 2012 to 2018. At the beginning of the bachelor thesis, the research question was raised: Why was it necessary for Russia to have diplomatic relations in the region and military intervention in the Middle East region after Arab Spring happened? While writing the bachelor's thesis, the author concluded that Russia had two main reasons for its actions in the region. The first was to overthrow the unipolar world order established by the US in a region where the US has been present for decades, and the second was the opportunity for Russia to dictate political events and the course of events in the Middle East region.
