BI rīku datizraces funkcionalitātes izvērtējums

Abstract

Bakalaura darba “BI rīku datizraces funkcionalitātes izvērtējums” ietvaros tiek padziļināti apskatīts pats datizraces process, kā arī procesa sasaiste ar biznesa inteliģences (BI) rīkiem un to piedāvātajām datizraces iespējām. Šī darba mērķis ir izpētīt datizraces iespējas izvēlētajos BI rīkos un veikt praktisku iespēju izvērtējumu ar piemēra palīdzību. Darba ietvaros tika izvirzīti vairāki uzdevumi, lai varētu sasniegt izvirzīto mērķi: izpētīt datizraci un tās vēsturi, datizraces galvenos soļus un metodes, kā arī datizraces nozīmi, izmantošanas iemeslus un iespējas. Tāpat šī darba ietvaros uzdevumi ir saistīti ar BI rīkiem, to nozīmi un pamatiespēju izskatīšanu, kā arī izmantošanu. Bakalaura darba noslēgumā, pamatojoties uz izpētīto informāciju, tiek sniegti secinājumi par esošo situāciju pieejamajās funkcionalitātēs saistībā ar datirzaces veikšanu BI rīkos, kā arī sniegts izvērtējumu balstoties uz pielietoto datizraces piemēru izskatītajos rīkos.

Within the framework of the bachelor's thesis "Evaluation of data mining functionality of BI tools", the data mining process itself is examined in depth, as well as the connection of the process with business intelligence (BI) tools and the data mining possibilities they offer. The purpose of this work is to investigate the possibilities of data mining in the selected BI tools and to carry out a practical evaluation of the possibilities with the help of an example. Within the framework of the work, several tasks were set: to research data mining and its history, the main steps and methods of data mining, as well as the meaning of data mining, reasons for its use and possibilities. Also, within the scope of this work, the tasks are related to BI tools, their meaning and basic capabilities, as well as their use. At the end of the bachelor's thesis, based on the researched information, conclusions are given about the current situation in the available functionalities related to data mining in BI tools, as well as an evaluation based on the applied example of data mining in the considered tools.
