Abstract

Šajā bakalaura darbā tiks pētīti Latvijas publiskajā sektorā izmantotie vadības stili un komunikācijas prakse, koncentrējoties uz labākās prakses un pilnveidojamo jomu apzināšanu. Rakstā tiks apskatīta attiecīgā literatūra un analizēti dati no dažādiem avotiem, tostarp starptautiskām organizācijām, valsts aģentūrām un akadēmiskiem pētījumiem. Autors arī izmantos aptaujas, lai apkopotu informāciju no darbiniekiem un vadītājiem par viņu pieredzi un priekšstatiem par vadību valsts iestādēs. Pētījuma galvenie mērķi ir izprast Latvijas valdības un valsts institūcijās izmantotos vadības. Darbā tiks aplūkota politiskās un ekonomiskās vides ietekme uz vadības praksi.

This research paper will explore the management styles and communication practices used in the public sector in Latvia, with a focus on identifying best practices and areas for improvement. The paper will review relevant literature and analyse data from various sources, including international organizations, government agencies, and academic studies. The author will also use surveys to gather information from employees and managers about their experiences and perceptions of management within state institutions. The main goals of the research are to understand the management styles in use in Latvian government and state. The paper will consider the impact of the political and economic environment on management practices.
