Priekšlikumi kultūrplānošanai Latvijas mazpilsētā: Saldus piemērs

Abstract

Maģistra darbā ir veikta Saldus pilsētas kultūrkartēšana, kas ir neatņemama sastāvdaļa teritorijas plānošanas pieejai – kultūrplānošanai, ietverot vairāk nekā 20 intervijas un sarunas ar iedzīvotājiem, aktīvistiem un pašvaldības institūciju pārstāvjiem, informācijas un datu apkopošanu, autora novērojumus un kartogrāfisko materiālu analīzi. Darbā uzsvērts, ka kultūrplānošanas pieejas fokusā ir sabiedrība un nepārtraukts dialogs ar pilsētas iedzīvotājiem, kas ir pamats pilsētas kultūras attīstībai. Veiktā kultūrkartēšana deva iespēju ieskatīties pilsētas būtībā, kultūrā un sabiedriskajā dzīvē, balstoties un gūto pilsētas raksturojumu tika izstrādāti priekšlikumi Saldus pilsētas kultūrplānošanai.

In the master's thesis, the cultural mapping of the town of Saldus has been carried out, which is an integral part of the territory planning approach - cultural planning, including more than 20 interviews and conversations with residents, activists and representatives of local municipality institutions, analysis of information, data, author's observations and cartographic materials. The work emphasizes that the focus of the cultural planning approach is society and continuous dialogue with the town's residents, which is the basis for the development of the city's culture. The carried out cultural mapping gives an opportunity to look into the nature, culture and social life of the town, together with which were developed proposals for the cultural planning of the town of Saldus.
