Latvijā kultivētu Vitis L. ģints drogu (lapu) ekstraktu antioksidatīvās īpašības

Abstract

Vīnkoks ir zināms kultūraugs jau kopš neolīta laika perioda. Vīnkoka lapas tiek izmantotas tradicionālajā medicīnā, jo ir kopš seniem laikiem novērota to spēja ārstēt. Šo ārstniecisko īpašību pamatā ir polifenoliem piemītošās antioksidatīvās īpašības. Darba uzdevums bija veikt Vitis L. ģints lapu, kas ievāktas Pumpuros un Nurmuižas pils kompleksā, 70 % etanola un dejonizētā ūdens ekstraktu antioksidatīvo īpašību novērtēšanu ar vispārpieņemtiem testiem. Datus iegūšanai tika veikta kopējo polifenolu satura kvantitatīvā noteikšana un antioksidantu īpašību, kā arī DPPH radikāļa neitralizēšanas testi, un iegūtie rezultāti ļāva noteikt atšķirības dažādu vīnogu šķirņu lapu antioksidatīvā efektivitātē. Visos testos pārliecinoši savas antioksidantu īpašības un kopējo polifenolu sastāvu efektivitātes un kvantitatīvā sastāva samazinājuma secībā parādīja Chardonnay, Pinot Noir un Ziemeļu melnais paraugi, kas ir Vitis vinifera L. pārstāvji.

Grapevines have been a known crop since the Neolithic period. The leaves of the Grapevines have been used in traditional medicine because of their ability to heal. These healing properties are based on the antioxidant properties of polyphenols. The aim of this work was to compare the antioxidant properties of 70% ethanol and deionised water extracts of the genus Vitis L. collected from “Pumpuri” and “Nurmuiža” Castle complex. In order to obtain the necessary data, tests on total polyphenol content, antioxidant properties and DPPH radical neutralisation were carried out, compared with each other and conclusions were made. In all the tests, the Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Northern Black samples, which are representatives of Vitis vinifera L., showed convincingly their antioxidant properties and total polyphenol content.
