Eiropas Savienības rūpniecības politika stratēģiskās autonomijas kontekstā: izaicinājumi un iespējas

Abstract

Maģistra darba “Eiropas Savienības rūpniecības politika stratēģiskās autonomijas kontekstā: izaicinājumi un iespējas” tēma atspoguļo aktuālas ģeopolitiskas pārmaiņas un Eiropas Savienības nepieciešamību tām pielāgoties, mainot līdzšinējo politisko pieeju stratēģiskos jautājumos. Darba mērķis ir analizēt stratēģiskās autonomijas nepieciešamību, kā arī Eiropas Savienības izaicinājumus un iespējas stratēģiskās autonomijas ieviešanā, īpašu uzmanību pievēršot rūpniecības politikai. Maģistra darbā izmantotas neoreālisma, starpvaldību un savstarpējās atkarības veidošanās teoriju pieejas. Pētījumā veikta gadījuma izpēte, izmantojot kvalitatīvo kontentanalīzi. Maģistra darbā tiek izvirzīts šāds izpētes jautājums: kādi ir efektīvākie rīcībpolitikas instrumenti, ar kuriem sekmīgi mazināt Eiropas Savienības stratēģiskās atkarības un ievainojamību rūpniecības sektorā?

The theme of the master's thesis “European Union industrial policy in the context of strategic autonomy: challenges and opportunities” reflects current geopolitical changes and the need for the European Union to adapt to them by changing the current political approach to strategic issues. The aim of the work is to analyse the need for strategic autonomy, as well as the challenges and opportunities of the European Union in the implementation of strategic autonomy, paying special attention to industrial policy. Neorealism, intergovernmentalism and interdependence formation theoretical approaches are used in master's thesis. The research is a case study using qualitative content analysis. The following research question is put forward in the master's thesis: what are the most effective policy instruments to successfully reduce the European Union's strategic dependence and vulnerability in the industrial sector?
