Mobilās lietotnes "Drošs internets" analīze

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir Mobilās lietotnes “Drošs internets” analīze. Darba mērķis ir izvērtēt Latvijas Droša interneta centra un mobilās lietotnes “Drošs internets” izplatītās informācijas efektivitāti un kvalitāti, palīdzot personām, kuras piedzīvojušas interneta vides pārkāpumu, kā arī konstatēt pašreizējās situācijas aktualitāti Latvijas interneta vidē. Bakalaura darba teorētiskā daļa ietvers sociālo tīklu vietņu izpēti, to funkcionēšanu, kā arī informāciju par lietotāju starpā pieejamos saziņas līdzekļiem. Analizēti pārkāpumu veidi interneta vidē un identificētas riska grupas, kuras ir vairāk pakļautas šādiem pārkāpumiem, kā arī, Latvijas Drošs internets centra sniegto informāciju jauniešiem un mācību iestādēm par sevis pasargāšanu interneta vidē un kur vērsties pēc palīdzības, ja konstatēts pārkāpums. Darba empīriskajā daļā tiek izmantotas trīs pētniecības metodes: Kvalitatīvā kontentanalīze, lai apkopotu liela apjoma informāciju un izvirzītu secinājumus, daļēji strukturētā intervija, lai tiktu apskatīts speciālistu viedoklis par šobrīd esošo situāciju Latvijā un fokusgrupas diskusija ar jauniešiem vecuma posmā no 14. līdz 18. gadiem, kas saskarušies ar vienu no interneta pārkāpuma veidiem. Bakalaura darba pētījumā ietilpst interneta pārkāpumu pašreizējā stāvokļa pārbaude Latvijā, pievēršot uzmanību izplatīto pārkāpumu veidiem un sociālo tīklu vietņu apzināšanai, kurās šādi incidenti parasti notiek. Turpmākā tēmas izpētē tiks konstatēts: jauniešu informētības līmenis par rīcību, kas jāveic, saskaroties ar pārkāpumiem internetā, kur vērsties pēc palīdzības, ja tā ir nepieciešama, kā arī, speciālistu sniegtās informācijas kvalitāte un kvantitāte izglītības iestādēs par drošību interneta vidē, kā rīkoties attiecīgajā situācijā, kad pārkāpums ir konstatēts un cik bīstama ir interneta vide tieši jauniešiem. Bakalaura darba rezultātos tiek atspoguļoti jaunākie speciālista iegūtie dati par interneta pārkāpumu izplatību pašreizējā Latvijas kontekstā, kā arī aktuālāko pārkāpumu veidu analīze. Veikta analīze par jauniešu zināšanu līmeni par pašaizsardzības pasākumiem tiešsaistes interneta vidē un informētība par pieejamajiem palīdzības avotiem.

The topic of the bachelor's thesis is the analysis of the Mobile App "Safe Internet". The aim of the work is to evaluate the effectiveness and quality of the information distributed by the Latvian Safe Internet Center and the mobile app "Safe Internet", helping persons who have experienced a violation of the Internet environment, as well as to determine the relevance of the current situation in the Latvian Internet environment. The theoretical part of the bachelor's thesis will include the study of social networking sites, their functioning, as well as information about the means of communication available between users. Types of violations in the Internet environment were analyzed and risk groups that are more prone to such violations were identified, as well as the information provided by the Safe Internet Center of Latvia to young people and educational institutions about self-protection in the Internet environment and where to turn for help if a violation is detected. In the empirical part of the work, three research methods are used: Qualitative content analysis to gather a large amount of information and draw conclusions, a semi-structured interview to examine the opinion of specialists on the current situation in Latvia and a focus group discussion with young people aged 14 to 18 who have encountered with one of the types of Internet violation. The research of the bachelor's thesis includes an examination of the current state of Internet violations in Latvia, paying attention to the types of widespread violations and identifying social network sites where such incidents usually occur. Also in the research will be analyzed: the awareness level of young people about the action; what to do in the face of violations on the Internet; where to go for help if needed; the quality and quantity of information provided by specialists in educational institutions about safety in the Internet environment; how to act in the relevant situation when a violation has been detected; how dangerous the Internet environment is for young people. The results of the bachelor thesis reflect the latest data obtained by the specialist on the spread of Internet violations in the current context of Latvia, as well as an analysis of the most current types of violations. An analysis was carried out on the level of knowledge of young people about self-defense measures in the online Internet environment, and awareness of available sources of help.
