Bakalaura darba tēma ir “Kampaņas “Neapēd zemeslodi” komunikācija un auditorijas viedokļu analīze”. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir noskaidrot un izpētīt kādas komunikācijas aktivitātes tiek izmantotas kampaņā ’’Neapēd zemeslodi’’ un kāds ir auditorijas viedoklis un attieksme par to. Pētnieciskie jautājumi – vai kampaņas komunikācija sociālajos medijos pārliecina mērķauditoriju un kāds ir auditorijas viedoklis par kampaņas ietvaros izveidotajām informatīvajām publikācijām un video materiāliem. Teorētiskajā daļā tiek apskatīts, kas ir mārketings, mārketinga komunikācija un process, sociālais mārketings, sociālā mārketinga vēsture un sociālā labuma definēšana, sadarbības mārketings, kā arī tiks definēta sociālo mediju būtība un ieskats sociālo mediju mārketingā. Tiks apskatīta arī pārliecināšanas komunikācija, kāda ir efektīva pārliecināšana un avotu ietekme, un motivācija. Metodoloģijas daļā izmantotās metodes – kontentanalīze, aptaujas anketa, fokusgrupas diskusija un daļēji strukturētā intervija. Bakalaura darba beigās tiek aprakstīti rezultāti un veikti secinājumi par sociālās kampaņas komunikāciju un auditorijas viedokli. The topic of the Bachelor's work is “Campaign “Don't eat the globe” communication and audience opinion”. The Bachelor's work aims to find out and explore what communication activities are used in the campaign “Don't eat the globe” and what the audience's opinion and attitude is about it. Research questions – whether the campaign communication on social media persuades the audience and what the audience's opinion is on the information publications and videos created as part of the campaign. The theoretical part looks at what marketing is, marketing communication and process are, social marketing, history of social marketing and defining social benefit, collaborative marketing, and will define the nature and insight of social media in social media marketing. Persuasive communication, what constitutes effective persuasion and the influence of sources, and motivation will also be covered. Methods used in the methodology part – content analysis, survey questionnaire, focus group discussion and semi-structured interview. At the end of the bachelor's thesis, the results are described and conclusions are made about social campaign communication and audience opinion.
