The topic of the bachelor thesis is "Product characteristics of the "Fazer Latvija" sub-brands and their interaction in social media publications". The research problem is related to the fact that a brand needs to be able to communicate on one social media account about different sub-brands representing different market categories. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to explore the social media communication of the brand "Fazer Latvia" in 2022 in order to find out which sub-brands are highlighted and what factors influence audience engagement. The theoretical part consists of the theory of brands, brand structure, social media marketing, and brand-to-consumer relationships. The methodological part describes the chosen research methods - qualitative and quantitative content analysis, semi-structured interview, and online survey, while the empirical part consists of the data obtained using the research methods. Based on the data obtained, conclusions are also drawn on how the intensity of communication on social media is distributed among different sub-brands, and what influences it.
