Suverenitātes koncepcijas kritiska analīze atsevišķos Leo Štrausa un Karla Šmita darbos

Abstract

Darba autors apskata 20. gadsimta aktīvās diskusijās par politiskajiem aspektiem, tādiem kā suverenitāte, politiskais jēdziens un valsts jēdziens. Salīdzinot vācu filozofa un jurista Karla Šmita un vācu izcelsmes amerikāņu filozofa Leo Štrausa pozīcijas par suverenitāti un politiskajiem jēdzieniem, šajā pētnieciskajā darbā tiks sniegts autora redzējums par suverenitāti un, pamatojoties uz minēto autoru pētījumu analīzi, tiks dēvēta autora definīcija par suverenitātes jēdzienu.

The author examines the 20th century's active debates on political aspects such as sovereignty, the political concept and the concept of the state. By comparing the positions of the German philosopher and jurist Carl Schmitt and the German-American philosopher Leo Strauss on sovereignty and political concepts, this research work will present the author's view of sovereignty and, on the basis of an analysis of these authors' studies, will name the author's definition of the concept of sovereignty.
