| dc.description.abstract | The author examines the 20th century's active debates on political aspects such as sovereignty, the political concept and the concept of the state. By comparing the positions of the German philosopher and jurist Carl Schmitt and the German-American philosopher Leo Strauss on sovereignty and political concepts, this research work will present the author's view of sovereignty and, on the basis of an analysis of these authors' studies, will name the author's definition of the concept of sovereignty. | |
