Industriālo teritoriju telpiskā transformācija Rīgā un Pierīgā

Abstract

Industriālās teritorijas un to plānošana gan Latvijas, gan Eiropas mērogā ir aktuāls jautājums mainoties ekonomiskajai struktūrai un attīstības procesiem. Pēdējo pāris desmitu gadu tendences rāda to, ka pilsētās ražošanas funkcija ar vien vairāk samazinās, pārceļoties uz piepilsētas telpu. Maģistra darba mērķis ir raksturot kā telpiski transformējas un attīstās industriālās teritorijas Rīgā un Pierīgā , izstrādāt priekšlikumus šo teritoriju attīstībai. Darbā analizētas industriālo teritoriju telpiskās transformācijas galvenās tendences trīsdesmit gadu periodā. Uz iegūtās informācijas pamata izstrādāti priekšlikumi perspektīviem industriālo teritoriju attīstības risinājumiem Maģistra darba apjoms ir 70 lapas, tajā ir 52 attēli, kā arī 2 pielikumi. Industrial territories and their planning processes are topical issues in both Latvian as well as European context due to changes in economic structure and city development processes. The trends of the past decade indicate that the production function of cities is rapidly decreasing as such activities move out to suburban space. The aim of the master's thesis is to describe how industrial territories in Riga and Pierīga area have been spatially reshaped and transformed, as well as to establish proposals for the redevelopment of these territories. The paper analyses the main trends of the spatial transformation of industrial territories over a period of thirty years. On the basis of the obtained information, recommendations and guidelines for prospective solutions for the development of industrial areas have been outlined.
