Darbaspēka novecošanās Latvijā

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir “Darbaspēka novecošanās Latvijā”, darba mērķis – izanalizēt Latvijas darbaspēka novecošanās ietekmējošos faktorus un to ietekme. Darba pirmajā daļā ir apskatīta literatūra un pētījumi, kas paskaidro kādi ir darbaspēka novecošanās rašanās iemesli un to potenciālā ietekme . Otrajā daļā tiks apskatīta Latvijas šī brīža demogrāfiskā situācija, Latvija tiks salīdzināta ar citām valstīm un tiks izstāstīsts, ko Latvija dara ar darbaspēka novecošanos. Darba trešajā daļa tiek atspoguļoti autora aptaujas rezultāti. Darba noslēgumā ir atspoguļoti autora secinājumi un potenciālie priekšlikumi darbaspēka novecošanās problēmas atvieglošanai.

The topic of the bachelor thesis is "Ageing workforce in Latvia", the aim of the thesis is to analyse the factors influencing the ageing workforce in Latvia and their impact. The first part of the thesis reviews the literature and research that explains the causes of the ageing of the workforce and their potential impact. The second part will look at the current demographic situation in Latvia, compare Latvia with other countries and look at what Latvia has done about workforce ageing. The third part of the paper presents the results of the author's survey. The paper concludes with the author's conclusions and potential proposals to alleviate the problem of an ageing workforce.
