Abstract

Bakalaura darba temats: Pacientu aprūpe pēc sirds ierīces implantācijas aritmoloģijas nodaļā. Saskaņā ar statistikas datiem Latvijā ik gadus (pirms pandēmijas) tika veiktas aptuveni 2000 operāciju, kuru laikā ievietotas sirds ierīces. Lai arī šī operācija tiek uzskatīta par vienkāršu ar zemu komplikāciju risku, tomēr jebkurai invazīvai procedūrai iespējamas komplikācijas, kuru mazināšana ir tiešā veidā atkarīga no pēcoperācijas aprūpes kvalitātes. Pētījuma mērķis: noskaidrot pacientu aprūpi pēc elektrokardiostimulatora implantācijas. Pētījuma jautājums: kāda ir pacientu aprūpe pēc elektrokardiostimulatora implantācijas? Pētījuma uzdevumi: 1)pētīt Džīnas Vatsones māszinību teorijas pielietojumu pacientu aprūpē pēc elektrokardiostimulatora implantācijas; 2)analizēt elektrokardiostimulatora implantācijas nozīmi un noteikt pacientu vajadzības pēcoperācijas aprūpē; 3)veikt pētījumu un noskaidrot māsu darba specifiku pacientu aprūpē pēc elektrokardiostimulatora implantācijas aritmoloģijas nodaļā; 4)apkopot pētījuma rezultātus un formulēt secinājumus. Pētījuma dizains: kvalitatīvs pētījums, pētniecības instruments – intervija. Pētījuma rezultāti: pacientu aprūpē pēc elektrokardiostimulatora implantācijas operācijas liela uzmanība ir pievēršama pacientu informēšanai pirms un pēc operācijas; lai arī ārsti sniedz informāciju pacientiem, tomēr ne vienmēr tā ir pacientam pietiekami skaidra, kas var kļūt par cēloni smagām komplikācijām līdz pat nepieciešamībai veikt atkārtotu operāciju. Pacientam svarīga holistiska pieeja, skatot viņa fizisko un emocionālo stāvokli kopsakarībās. Darbā izveidota apkopota risku tabula, kas ļauj māsai sistemātiski izvērtēt esošos riskus un veikt atbilstošus drošības pasākumus. Bachelor's thesis topic: Patient care after cardiac device implantation in the arrhythmology department. According to statistical data, approximately 2,000 operations during which heart devices were inserted were performed in Latvia every year (before the pandemic). Although this operation is considered simple with a low risk of complications, any invasive procedure has possible complications, the reduction of which directly depends on the quality of post-operative care. The purpose of the study: to clarify patient care after pacemaker implantation. Research question: What is patient care after pacemaker implantation? Research tasks: 1) study the application of Jean Watson's nursing theory in patient care after pacemaker implantation; 2) analyze the importance of pacemaker implantation and determine the needs of patients in postoperative care; 3) conduct research and find out the specifics of nurses' work in patient care after pacemaker implantation in the arrhythmology department; 4) summarize the research results and formulate conclusions. Research design: qualitative research, research instrument – interview. Research results: in patient care after pacemaker implantation surgery, much attention is paid to informing patients before and after surgery; although doctors provide information to patients, it is not always clear enough for the patient, which can become the cause of serious complications, up to the need for repeat surgery. A holistic approach is important for the patient, looking at his physical and emotional state in relation. A summarized table of risks was created in the work, which allows the nurse to systematically evaluate existing risks and take appropriate safety measures.
