Horizontālais mobings māsas praksē

Abstract

Bakalaura darba ietvaros “Horizontālais mobings māsas praksē”, tika veikts pētījums, ar mērķi izpētīt horizontālo mobingu māsu praksē. Pētījuma hipotēze – Māsas ar mazāku darba stāžu biežāk saskaras ar mobingu nekā māsas ar lielāku darba stāžu. Mērķa sasniegšanai tika izmantota kvantitatīva pētījuma metode un instruments bija autores izveidota aptaujas anketa, kura sastāvēja no 14 jautājumiem. Aptauja noritēja no 30.10.2023. līdz 12.11.2023. Pētījumā piedalījās 100 respondenti, ar vidējo darba stāžu 10 gadi. Pētījumā tika apstiprināta hipotēze. Iegūtie pētījuma rezultāti liecina, ka ar mobingu vairāk saskaras gados jaunākas māsas vecuma grupā no 20 līdz 30 gadiem ar mazāku darba stāžu. Pieaugot aptaujāto māsu vecumam un darba stāžam, mazinājās procentuāli cietušo māsu skaits, savukārt pieauga mobinga liecinieku skaits. Tika noskaidrots, ka 68 % no visām aptaujātajām māsām bija saskārušās ar vardarbību savās darba vietās, kas liecina par šīs problēmas aktualitāti Latvijā. Pētījuma ietvaros tika secināts, ka, mobinga mazināšanai, ir nepieciešams izstrādāt vadlīnijas. Virs 80 % aptaujāto māsu piekrīt, ka mobingu var mazināt arī izglītojot kolektīvu par mobingu, veicot regulāras pārrunas ar darbiniekiem, mazinot stresa un spriedzes līmeni kolektīvā, kā arī piedāvājot emocionālu atbalstu māsām ar mazāku pašnovērtējumu. Bakalaura darbs sastāv no anotācijas, satura, ievada, 6 nodaļām, 6 apakšnodaļām, pētniecības darba metodoloģijas, rezultātiem, diskusijas, secinājumiem, izmantoto literatūras avotu saraksta un pielikumiem. Darbā ievietotas 20 tabulas, izmantoti 30 literatūras avoti. Darbs sastāv no 43 lapaspusēm bez pielikumiem.

In Bachelor’s paper “Horizontal mobbing in nursing practice”, a research was done in order to explore horizontal mobbing in nursing practice. The hypothesis of the study – Nurses with less working experience are facing mobbing more often than nurses with more working experience. To carry out the research, a quantitative method was used and the tool was a questionnaire prepared by the author. The questionnaire included 14 questions. The survey was conducted from November 30th 2023 untill October 12th 2023. A total of 100 respondents, with an average length of service of 10 years, were interviewed. The hypothesis of the study was confirmed. The obtained research results show that younger nurses in the age group 20 to 30 years old with less work experience are more likely to face mobbing. As the age and work experience of the nurses increased, the percentage of nurses who faced mobbing decreased, while the percentage of the nurses who witnessed mobbing increased. It was found that 68 % of all surveyed nurses had experienced violence in their workplaces, which indicates the importance of this problem in Latvia. In this research it was concluded that, in order to reduce mobbing, it is necessary to develop guidelines. Over 80 % of surveyed nurses agree that mobbing can also be reduced by educating the work team about mobbing, making regular discussions with employees, reducing the level of stress and tension in the team, as well as offering emotional support to nurses with lower self-esteem. The Bachelor's thesis comprises an annotation, contents, introduction, 6 chapter, 6 subchapters, research methodology, results, discussion, conclusions, a list of references, and appendices. The work contains 20 tables, 30 references. The thesis is presented on 43 pages, appendices excluded.
