Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir “Jelgavas iedzīvotāju pieredze saskarsmē ar veselības aprūpes darbiniekiem.” Tēmas aktualitāti pamato statistiskas dati par saņemtajiem iesniegumiem Veselības inspekcijā, saistībā ar pacienta tiesību pārkāpumiem. Pacienti sūdzas par ārstniecības personu komunikāciju, attieksmi un informācijas sniegšanu. Tēmas aktualitāti arī nosaka veiktie pētījumi gan Latvijā, gan ārzemēs, kā arī autores personīgā pieredze saskarsmē ar veselības aprūpes darbiniekiem. Darba mērķis: Noskaidrot Jelgavas iedzīvotāju pieredzi saskarsmē ar veselības aprūpes darbiniekiem. Pētījuma uzdevumi: 1.Apkopot un analizēt teorētisko literatūru par saskarsmi un tās veidiem. 2.Izveidot pētījuma instrumentu- anketu. 3.Veikt kvantitatīvu pētījumu- Jelgavas iedzīvotāju aptauju par pieredzi saskarsmē ar veselības aprūpes darbiniekiem. 4.Analizēt iegūtos pētījuma rezultātus. 5.Balstoties uz iegūtajiem rezultātiem, izdarīt secinājumus. Hipotēze: Jelgavas pilsētas iedzīvotāju pieredze saskarsmē ar veselības aprūpes darbiniekiem ir pozitīva. Bakalaura darbā izmantota kvantitatīvā pētniecības metode. Pētniecības instruments- aptaujas anketa. Izvirzītā hipotēze apstiprinās. Atslēgvārdi: Saskarsme, mijiedarbība, veselības aprūpe, pacients, māsa, ārsts, komunikācija.

The theme of the Bachelor thesis is “The experience of the residents of Jelgava in the interaction with healthcare workers.” The topical nature of the topic shall be substantiated by statistical data regarding received submissions in the Helth inspectorate, in relation to violations of the rights of the patient. Patient complain about communication, attitudes and information from medical practitioners. The topical nature of the topic is also determined by the studies performed both in Latvia and abroad, as well as the author’s personal experience in contact with healthcare workers. Objective of the work: To clarify the experiance of Jelgava residents in interaction with healthcare workers. The targets of the study: 1.Compile and analyse theoretical literature about interaction and its types. 2.Create a research instrument- a questionnaire. 3.To carry out a quantitative study- a survey of the residents of Jelgava on experience in contact with healthcare workers. 4.Analyse the results of the study. 5.Based on the obtained results, make conclusions. Hypothesis: The experience of residents of Jelgava city in contact with healthcare workers is positive. The bachelor’s work uses a quantitative research technique. Research instrument- questionnaire.
