Bakalaura darba tēma ir ar darba vidi saistīti trauksmes faktori māsām. Tēmas aktualitāti pamato māsas garīgo veselības apzināšanās un tās nozīme. Darba mērķis ir noskaidrot trauksmes faktorus māsu darba vidē. Pētniecības jautājumi ir: Kādi ir trauksmes faktori māsām? Kādi pasākumi tiek lietoti, lai mazinātu trauksmi un trauksmes faktorus māsas darba vidē? Pētniecības metode ir kvantitatīva. Pētījumā tika aptaujātas praktizējošas māsas. The topicality of the thesis is justified by the awareness of the mental health of the nurses and its importance. The aim of the thesis is to find out anxiety factors in the work envronment of nurses. The research questions are: What are the anxiety factors in nurses? What measures are used to reduce anxiety and anxiety factors in the nursing work environment? The research method is quantitative. The research surveyed practicing nurses.
