Latvijas profesionālo vidējo izglītības iestāžu (tehnikumu) funkcijas un to organizatoriskā struktūra

Abstract

Izglītības procesam nemitīgi mainoties un attīstoties, ir jāizdara secinājumi par izglītības procesa vadību ne tikai vispārējās izglītības iestādēs, bet arī tehnikumos. Darbs sastāv no 4 nodaļām. Pirmajā nodaļā pētot literatūru, kas definēja profesionālo izglītību un to, kādu to redzam Latvijā. Otrās nodaļas saturs ir vērsts tehnikuma pamatfunkciju un sabiedrībai nepieciešamo funkciju noteikšanā. Trešās nodaļas saturs ir balstīts iestāžu organizatorisko struktūru izveides elementiem. Savukārt, ceturtā nodaļa ir maģistra darba empīriskais pētījums. Empīriskajā pētījumā tiek veikta Latvijas Republikā esošo tehnikumu organizatorisko struktūru analīze, lai noskaidrotu tehnikumu organizatorisko struktūru izveidi, ievērojot tehnikuma funkcijas. Empīriskā pētījuma 2. daļa balstīta profesionālo izglītības iestāžu vadības komandu amata aprakstu pienākumu analizē. Darba rezultātā tiek iegūta pielāgojama organizatoriskā struktūra un amata aprakstu pienākumu sadaļas.

In the continually changing and evolving educational process, conclusions must be drawn regarding the management of the education process not only in general educational institutions but also in technical schools. The work consists of 4 chapters. In the first chapter, the literature defining professional education and how it is reflected in Latvia is explored. The content of the second chapter is focused on determining the basic functions of the technical school and the functions necessary for society. The content of the third chapter is based on elements of the organizational structure of institutions. Meanwhile, the fourth chapter constitutes the empirical research of the master's thesis. In the empirical study, a content analysis of the organizational structures of technical schools in the Republic of Latvia is conducted to determine the establishment of their organizational structures while observing their functions. The second part of the empirical study is based on the analysis of job descriptions of leadership teams in professional education institutions. As a result of the work, an adaptable organizational structure and sections of job description duties are obtained.
