Nekustamo īpašumu pārvaldīšanas sistēma

Abstract

Kvalifikācijas darbā ir izstrādāta tīmekļa lietotne nekustamo īpašumu aģentūras SIA “LVKV” vajadzībām. Plānots, ka šī lietotne daļēji automatizēs nekustamo īpašumu pārvaldīšanas darbu. Sistēmas galvenā funkcionalitāte ir veidot pārskatu par nekustamo īpašuma statusiem ( Rezervēts, Pārdots, Iznomāts) . Lietotne ir izstrādāta izmantojot Laravel tīmekļa ietvaru. REAL ESTATE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM A web application for the real estate agency has been developed in the qualification work. The app is expected to partially automate real estate management work. The main functionality of the system is to report the status of real estate (reserved, sold, rented). The app has been developed using the Laravel web framework.
