Abstract

Kvalifikācijas darba “Maksājumu kategorizācijas rīks” mērķis ir izveidot sistēmu un tās aprakstu, kas piedāvā iespēju lietotājam iegūt papildus informāciju par bankas maksājumu datiem. Sistēma ļauj lietotājam iesniegt maksājumu bankas datu failu un saņemt kategorizētu datu pārskatu tabulu un grafiku veidā. Pārskatus lietotājs var mainīt atbilstoši vajadzībām un ieskatiem. Turklāt sistēma piedāvā kategorizētos datus eksportēt saglabāšanai un lietošanai citām nolūkiem. Sistēmas administratori uzlabo sistēmu, balstoties uz lietotāju iesaisti un atsauksmēm, lai nodrošinātu augstāku kvalitāti un uzticamību. The aim of the qualification project "Payment categorisation tool" is to create a system and its description that will allow the user to obtain additional information about bank payment data. The system allows the user to submit a payment bank data file and receive categorised data in the form of tables and graphs. The reports can be modified by the user according to his needs and preferences. In addition, the system offers the possibility to export the categorised data for storage and other purposes. The system administrators improve the system based on user involvement and feedback to ensure higher quality and reliability. By using the graphs and tables offered by the system, users will be able to better plan their budgets and avoid unnecessary expenditure.
