Rīsu produktu virzieni un iespējas, īstenojot Eiropas – Vjetnamas brīvās tirdzniecības līgumu (EVFTA) no 2020. gada

Abstract

Maģistra darba tēma ir “Rīsu produktu eksporta virzieni un iespējas, īstenojot Eiropas-Vjetnamas brīvās tirdzniecības līgumu (EVFTA) no 2020. gada”. Darbā tiek analizēta EVFTA ietekme uz Vjetnamas rīsu cenu un daudzumu ES tirgū un Latvijā. Tā mērķis ir novērtēt pirkšanas paradumus un vēlmes, kas saistītas ar rīsu patēriņu. Darba uzdevums ir noteikt EVFTA efektivitāti Vjetnamas rīsu popularizēšanā, un izpētīt to nākotnes izaugsmes potenciālu. Veicot šo aspektu izpēti, promocijas darbam būtu jāsniedz visaptverošs priekšstats par EVFTA ietekmi uz Vjetnamas rīsu tirdzniecību ar Eiropu. Mērķis ir piedāvāt personisku novērtējumu par EVFTA efektivitāti, veicinot un uzlabojot rīsu tirdzniecības jautājumus starp Vjetnamu un Eiropu. Autore veica pētījumu, izmantojot sava Latvijas pārtikas uzņēmuma pārdošanas pārskatus laika periodā no 2022.gada maija līdz 2023.gada novembrim. Pētījumā iekļautas gan Āzijas klientu, gan Latvijas pilsoņu atbildes, kas piedalījās aptaujā par pārdošanu.

The topic of Master thesis is “Directions and opportunities of the rice products export in implementation of Europe-Vietnam Free Trade Agreement (EVFTA) from 2020”. The thesis seeks to analyze the impact of the EVFTA on the price and quantity of Vietnamese rice in the EU market, and Latvia. It aims to assess purchase habits and preferences related to rice consumption. The objective is to determine the effectiveness of the EVFTA in promoting Vietnamese rice and explore its potential for future growth. By examining these aspects, the thesis supposed to provide a comprehensive view of the impact of EVFTA on Vietnamese rice trade with Europe. The goal is to offer a personal assessment regarding the effectiveness of the EVFTA in facilitating and enhancing rice trade relations between Vietnam and Europe. The author conducted research using sales reports from her Latvian food company spanning May 2022 to November 2023. The study encompasses responses from both Asian customers and Latvian citizens participating in the sales report.
