Uzņēmuma saimnieciskās darbības analīze un uzlabošanas iespējas

Abstract

Tā kā uzņēmuma SIA “Elme Messer L” uzskaitē ir vairāk nekā 100 000 gāzes balonu, un tos nav iespējams izsekot ceļā no ražotnes līdz klientam, līdz ar to rodas daudz problēmu, kas saistītas ar gāzes kvalitāti, bojātu taru u. c. Un pastāv gadījumi, kad nomas tara tiek no-zagta vai aizvietota ar citu taru. Šādas problēmas ir iespējams atrisināt, uzņēmumā ieviešot radiofrekvenču identifikācijas sistēmu (turpmāk – RFID). Līdz ar to pētījuma mērķis bija novērtēt SIA “Elme Messer L” saimniecisko darbību, un pamatojoties uz to, sniegt priekšli-kumus sekmīgai RFID tehnoloģijas ieviešanai uzņēmuma saimnieciskās darbības attīstības pilnveidei. Iegūtie rezultāti apliecina, ka ieviešot efektīvu gāzes balonu vadības sistēmu - RFID, tas ļaus uzņēmumam pārskatāmi izsekot katru gāzes balonu. Un kā atbilstošākais RFID ie-viešanai, kas piedāvā šādus pakalpojumus, ir uzņēmums “Acmo Track”.

Since the company “Elme Messer L” has more than 100 000 gas cylinders in its inven-tory, and it is impossible to track them on the way from the production plant to the custom-er, therefore many problems arise related to gas quality, damaged containers, etc. c. And there are cases when the rental container is stolen or replaced with another container. Such problems can be solved by introducing a radio frequency identification system (hereinafter - RFID) in the company. Therefore, the aim of the study was to assess the economic activity of “Elme Messer L”, and based on this, to provide proposals for the successful implementa-tion of RFID technology for the improvement of the development of the economic activity of the company. The obtained results confirm that by implementing an effective gas cylinder manage-ment system - RFID, it will allow the company to transparently track each gas cylinder. And as the most suitable for the implementation of RFID, which offers such services, is the com-pany “Acmo Track”.
